Pros:

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment has all the necessary facilities to accomdate you. The staff were very friendly. The location is good right on the main street. Under carpark is very secure.

A great place to base yourself for a visit to lovely Taupo!!
Pros:

The property was exactly as advertised. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sacred Waters & would definitely stay again if ever back in the area. Car parking is secure under the building and staff are excellent to deal with. It is only a short drive to get into the centre of town or many of the other tourist attractions in the area.

Cons:

I don't believe there was anything at all we didn't like.

Tired property that needs a pricing review
Pros:

The location was good with a nice view of the lake

Cons:

The property is a little run down and desperately in need of some TLC, it may have been 5 star 15 years ago but now Its a 3 star in my opinion.It wasn't very clean with alot of dust behind doors etc where the cleaners hadn't bothered with.The floor hadn't been vacuumed properly after the previous guests which is not acceptable in a room in this price range

Second time stay, perfect.
Pros:

Our second time staying here. Location is perfect. Stayed in Lakefront apartment this time and couldn't be better. The apartment opens to the lake and snow capped mountains with privated gate to the waterfront. Apartment itself well equipped and spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming. My kids absolutely live the heated pool. Private thermal spa tub with natural thermal spring water is a plus. Will make it our preferred stay in Taupo if we had the chance.

Cons:

Beds a bit too soft.

A nice facility, but getting a bit tired and way too hot inside!
Pros:

Good location, lovely big room with courtyard and outdoor hot tub

Cons:

Too hot! We turned the underfloor heating off but it was still really warm inside while only 5 degrees outside. We ended up opening all the doors but shut them at night and slept poorly because we were overheating even with aircon on. Also, for us, the pillows were not comfortable
