When arriving after 4pm one of the two rooms that we booked wasn't ready, so we had to wait for the housekeeping team to finish before we could enter. One of the bedrooms had a strong cigaret smell, and after asking, the reception moved us to a bedroom that had an interior window, much worse than the first one, with no natural light and no privacy because on the other side of our interior window was the corridor coming from the elevator. So this meant blinds closed all the stay... The bedroom was for disabled people so the bathroom was adapted, not what we imagined when we booked our stay.
