A good place to stay with great staff
Pros:

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, especially the excellent Guest relations with suggestions for bars, restaurants and destinations for day trips. A great room with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Breakfast was excellent with big choice and friendly, helpful team. A couple of small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

Whilst the bathrooms were a good size the shower was very, very small ( barely able to move once in it)

Did not live up to expectations

Cons:

FO Staff is quite rude, too busy to look up from their screens.
The superior rooms do in fact not look into a courtyard, they look down on the breakfast area which also serves as a walk-through to the dinner area where waiters noisily pick up and drop off plates at night. So you cannot open the windows without having noise and kitchen smell all day
