Needs more attention to detail
Pros:

The hotel is in a quaint building and has a lift for the upper floors, The room was spacious with a good washroom and shower.
Restaurant served good food with a varied menu.

Cons:

We arrived hot and tired on our motorcycle to find a section of the carpark closed off so had to park well away from the entrance. When we checked in there was a delay as the receptionist, otherwise helpful and friendly, couldn't find our booking and I had to write out our full address.

I had to go back to the motorcycle to fetch our luggage for the evening and on return there was a different person on the desk, when I asked about our dinner reservation she could not even find that I was staying despite me having the room key.

again I had to write down the time we had reserved the table for as she could not understand me in english or german.

When we got to our room there were two small bottles of water available but they were warm as the room had not been aired and there was no fridge or air conditioning and they seemed to have been sitting in direct sunlight through the day. I drank it as I needed hydration and could have overlooked this failing if it had not been as warm as the sparkling water served in the restaurant later that evening. I should have asked for Ice here but as it wasn't offered I doubted they had any.

Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Ein sehr schönes, angenehmes Hotel in einer Toplage in Eisleben. Auch am Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich.

Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im gesamten Hotel ist es sehr sauber. Der Wunsch nach einem bestimmten Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Danke !

Cons:

Das Frühstücksgebäck könnte von besserer Qualität sein, süße Brötchen/ Croissant wären schön.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Das Hotel selbst erstrahlt in einem angenehmen mittelalterlichen Charme.
Das sehr gute Frühstück rundet den Aufenthalt entsprechend ab.
