Umístění v klidné části, možnost parkování u ubytování

Cons:

Velké teplo v pokoji i koupelně, při teplotě nad 25 stupňů se pokoj nedal pořádně vyvětrat, okno nešlo otevřít dokořán.
Ubytování standardní, ale 4* to rozhodně nejsou.

A nice hotel in a quiet place.
Pros:

Everything was to my satisfaction!

Cons:

I noticed there was no AC but a fan was provided, so it wasn’t a big problem.

Cons:

Beware- call beforehand to check on the Wellness area- it was out of service !
Advertised but then not available.😟

Pozitiva (čistota, jídlo, cena) jasně převyšují pár negativ. Pobyt můžu určitě doporučit.
Pros:

Skvělý poměr cena/užitek. Chválím zejména opravdu čistou koupelnu, pohodlné matrace a výborné jídlo při snídani.

Cons:

Vzhledem k ceně jsem spokojen... Přesto za mě 2 větší nedostatky: vybavení/vzhled pokoje působí retro dojmem (koberec a starší nábytek) + (subjektivně) polštář byl příliš vysoký (spíte-li na boku, tak asi OK, ale na zádech či břiše z toho bolí za krkem), hodil by se menší "macík"... Jen drobnost: recepční měla silný přízvuk, bylo obtížnější porozumět. Ale jinak spokojenost.

Unexpectedly stressful and bad experience

Very disappointing and unfriendly experience for families with children.

At check-in, I was suddenly told that I could not bring my stroller into the room because it might damage the walls. However, the manager also refused to let me take the stroller upstairs in the elevator at all.

I was travelling to Prague alone with my one-year-old son and had all of our belongings stored under the stroller. No information about such restrictions was mentioned anywhere before arrival. The booking clearly showed I was traveling with a child, yet no warning or accommodation was provided.

Instead of helping, the manager repeatedly said: “I don’t allow you to enter the elevator with the stroller.”

In the end, another man kindly helped us carry all our belongings upstairs.

The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely lacking empathy or basic hospitality. Also, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel experience. Nothing here reflects a proper 4-star standard. It is noisy in the room, old and not well treated.

I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, especially to families traveling with young children.
