ideales Familien- und Seminarhotel im Grünen
Pros:

Lage im Grünen, ruhiges Hotel etwas abseits von Mariazell.
Gutes Essensangebot , Frühstück und Abendessen mit regionalen Lebensmitteln

Cons:

Einige kleine Reparaturen und Funktionschecks ( z.B. Föhn, Türschlösser, Wasserhahn) müssten regelmäßig durchgeführt werden
Personal sollte in deutscher bzw österreichischer Sprache geschult werden.

Alles andere war Top!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar abwechslungsreich aber der Speck war letschat, die Eier hart und es hat prinzipiell etwas vertrocknet ausgesehen obwohl wir nur 30 Minuten nach Beginn beim Buffet waren.

Pros:

Szép, jó levegőjű helyen volt a szálloda. Jó volt a reggeli és a vacsora is. Megfelelő volt a választék. Nem maradtunk éhen.

Bis auf den Barbetrieb ein schönes Hotelerlebnis.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, familienfreundlich, Sauna und Schwimmbad, freundliches Frühstückspersonal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, super sauber.

Cons:

die Bar am Abend war vom überforderten Rezeptionisten geführt, um 21:30 pm sagte er, dass die Geräte für eine Pizza schon ausgeschaltet wären (bis 22:00 offen), am nächsten Tag wurden wir komplett bei der Bestellungsaufnahme um 19:30 ignoriert. Als lästige Bittsteller wurde uns dann die Pizza serviert, die aber nach verbranntem Backrohr schmeckte.

Die Bar kann man als Einziges nicht empfehlen.
