Good facilities, let down by one staff member

The rooms were modern and luxurious and we had great views looking out onto the vineyard.

Cons:

We had an odd experience with a member of staff during dinner where she was exceptionally rude during one interaction then continued the rest of the service like nothing had happened and was perfectly fine. Took the shine off the place for us, but thankfully we were able to cancel the following nights reservation and head out to LaGuardia for dinner, which I'd recommend!

Lugar precioso tanto el entorno como el hotel, se puede hacer una visita y cata en la bodega que está al lado del hotel y es muy recomendable. Personal muy amable
