We stayed in room 302. The room was tired, the bathroom had a strong smell like the drains, the TV never worked, we reported it to different members of staff and left access to our room but still not working when we left. From past reviews the TV issue is still on going. We requested a call from the manager over a week ago we still haven't received a call. At £159 a night, room only this is very poor value for money.
Very good breakfast, lovely clean well furnished room.
The staff went above and beyond to get food and drinks for us after the restaurant closed.

Charmantes Hotel mit historischem Ambiente. Lage mitten in Conwy. Es sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal im hauseigenen Restaurant ist sehr nett. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und kann mit Bestellungen mit ergänzt werden. Parkplätze sind für Hotelgäste gratis.
Parkplätze sehr eng und manchmal wird der Parkplatz einfach zugeparkt. Das Hotelpersonal hilft aber immer.

Access to the car park is very very tight for a BMW X5. Nothing to be done but worth letting guests know in advance.
