Conwy overnight
Pros:

Famous old historical hotel.

Cons:

Too hot in bathroom with electric towel rails which left heating all all day and night also bedroom and bathroom were no air because curtains was closed due sun directly🙈 also there are only ONE STAFF run bar, restaurant and reception all evening and in the morning. Breakfast facilities was disappointed and welsh breakfast isn’t nice because bacon and sausage was overcooked! Hotel costs me £193 for one night really double overcharged because inside different rooms e.g bedroom, bar lounge and breakfast room need update model.

Lovely place in the heart of Conwy
Pros:

I was really impressed with the Castle Hotel; the room was lovely and spacious and all the facilities were great, the location was fantastic and it was great to have a restaurant/bar just downstairs. The walls were on the thin side (which you'd expect in a historic building), but the room came with earplugs which I thought was very thoughtful, and I appreciated the free bottles of water. I'd happily stay again if I come back to Conwy.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, the hotel's carpark has a somewhat tight entrance, so if you're in a huge car you might struggle a little. My 5-door sedan was able to go in with some careful driving though, and worst-case scenario there's a smaller carpark out the front.

Wonderful historic hotel, close to the Conwy Castle which was the primary reason for our visit.
Pros:

The room was lovely. What we expected for an older hotel.
Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom.
Breakfast was very nice, with large portions.
Parking was convenient, just across the street from the front. I believe there was parking in the back as well.

Cons:

There was no elevator (lift) which I somehow missed in looking up the hotel. Staff did offering to help us carry our bags to the room, though.

Cosy, lovely, great
Pros:

Location is excellent, 200 meter from seaside, 200 meter from Castle. Rooms are well arranged, clean and maintained, coffee table and nespreso machine refilled daily. Breakfast is well served and stuffed. Bar down is in victorian style. gives some sense of oldies.
Personnel attentiven and supportive, lovely people.
Well designed and decored rooms and halls.

Cons:

My room (101) was facing to pathway to Church and bar veranda / terrace, you can hear noises from outside, street noise, Church bells, watch quarter chimns. During daytime it's ok, but sleep may be disturbed. Earplugs are provided if you are light sleeper.

Pros:

Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

More area for guests to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. There was no room on Saturday late afternoon so we went to a town pub.

Cons:

Service at breakfast was poor, egs:
- ordered pancakes +crispy bacon ...arrived w/out bacon. pointed this out to member of staff who went to kitchen to make right. however 5 mins later she returned with a saucer on which there was a 'rasher' ...clearly from the full english breakfast menu.
There were other examples of poorly trained members of staff.

A very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of town. Our room was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed. Lots of character and quirky features. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was great to have a car park at the hotel, although the entrance is rather narrow.

Cons:

We were sorry not to be staying for longer.
