Atendimento muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel que se apresenta como categoria 3 estrelas. O processo de check-in foi excessivamente demorado, a internet não funcionava e precisei insistir diversas vezes até que liberassem o acesso pela internet do espaço de eventos. Para quem precisa trabalhar durante a hospedagem, isso gera um grande transtorno. Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante frustrante e não pretendo retornar.
