A infraestrutura muito boa, atendimento agilizado e bem localizado do evento.
Houve uma demora considerável na limpeza,pois foram limpar bem depois que solicitamos, saímos pra almoçar e quando retornamos ainda não havia sido feito a limpeza e organização do quarto. Também havia deixado reservado pra fazer o check in às 12:30h e disseram que não era possível mas já estava combinado antes.

Da Recepção. Já nos hospedamos várias vezes e sempre fomos bem atendidos.
Desta vez tivemos um problema. O rapaz que fez o Shekin não computou o nosso pagamento no Sistema. Ao sair tivemos a constrangimento de termos que provar que havíamos pago.
Chegamos duas horas antes. Liberaram o Quarto com 100,00, a mais na Diária.
Saímos antes do horário Shekaut e não tivemos desconto???
