Equipe de apoio deixa a desejar
Pros:

Café estava de qualidade e o chuveiro atendeu as expectativas. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Não havia equipe para recepcionar e apoiar com malas retiradas do carro e levar até o quarto, algo que impactou nosso grupo negativamente pois estava com uma idosa de 71 anos a qual não tinha forças para tal serviço. Estávamos em 3 mulheres no quarto e haviam 2 cobertores, ao solicitar mais 01 cobertor uma das recepcionistas questionou se não havia uma cama de casal tentando intimidar o fornecimento de mais um. No primeiro dia saímos para o evento e quando voltamos às 15:00 o quarto ainda não havia sido limpo, necessitando que aguardássemos no saguão para iniciarem a limpeza

Nada em especial
Funcionario da cafeteira, café da manhã e limpeza muito atenciosos

Cons:

Estacionamento caro, funcionários da recepção com informações inconsistentes, café de máquina não era tão bom, preço dos itens cafeteira abusivos, hotel barulhento e instalações do hotel antigas e com cara de não ter manutenção.

Estrutura boa, ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo.
Pros:

Hotel limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, restaurante maravilhoso, funcionários, em sua maioria, atenciosos.

Cons:

Fiquei insatisfeita com a área fitness, me programei para fazer um treino de corrida na esteira, haviam duas e estavam com problema, uma com a lona travando e a outra não funcionavam os botões de velocidade. Outro ponto negativo foi a internet que não estava funcionando no quarto, não conseguimos acessar as plataformas de streaming.

An exceptional hotel with an outstanding team.
Pros:

Hotel Sandri is simply in a league of its own. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of attention, kindness, and courtesy that I rarely experience, even at high-end hotels. The entire staff seems genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. Throughout my stay, I truly felt like I was being treated like a king. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, the location is excellent, and the attention to every detail makes all the difference. This is one of those hotels that makes me want to come back not only because of the property itself, but especially because of the people who work there.

Cons:

Honestly, it is difficult to find anything negative to mention. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. If there is anything Hotel Sandri could improve, I simply could not find it during my stay.
