* De inrichting is luxueus: alles is op elkaar afgestemd.
* Het ontbijt is uitgebreid [continentaal en full English] met voldoende vegetarische opties; het á la carte-menu in het restaurant eveneens. Alle gerechten zijn tot in de perfectie klaargemaakt.
* Het personeel is geweldig: behulpzaam en respectvol. Een extra compliment is op zijn plaats voor de beide dames die bedienen in de ontbijtzaal en het restaurant. Ze zorgen ervoor dat de gast zich écht welkom voelt.

My 5days stay.
Pros:

It was all good especially the breakfast with full service by the staff and a special request of breakfast early in the morning for 1 day.

Cons:

The bath tub was not fully cleaned on the second day and when I called the reception the gentleman said someone will come up but never did. On the 3rd night, the tub was nicely cleaned but the toilet bowl had a little speck of dirt and the lady at the reception was nice enough to come up and cleaned it.

Great location for the Kart track!
Pros:

Location is perfect for the Outdoor Kart Track at Clay Pigeon. Nice spacious rooms. Delicious Bar menu.

Nice big room clean and tidy.
Pros:

The picture on the website is not what it looks like.
I'm afraid it looks a little shabby outside and not pleasant to look at but inside is better and clean and well looked after.that is what is needed outside.

Cons:

As previously said it's not welcoming at all nothing like the picture whatsoever but needs to improve. It needs tidying up to make it look better outside to justify the inside which is nice and pleasant which is a great shame.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Pros:

This hotel was very friendly, clean and the food was sourced from local farms and was very good.

Cons:

The only thing was that the shower went hot and cold and a shelf for toiletries in the shower would have been useful.

Ok stay, won’t rush back
Pros:

Location good, rooms a good size, comfortable bed (not as good as Premier Inn though), staff at breakfast were great

Cons:

Reception staff surly on arrival, language of some the guests at breakfast was awful (eff this and eff that, loud as well). Sink in bathroom was blocked

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed hotel with very good food.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, very good dinner, but restricted menu. Staff very helpful. Large well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Frontage to hotel needs a facelift. Waiting Staff in short supply at last dinner.

A lovely, relaxing stay with friendly staff and great service.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. Everything was good overall and we had a very pleasant experience.
