Rente dos habitaciones y ambas al final de cada dia fue necesario programar las llaves ya que no tenían idea de cuando sería mi check out, la habitación 217 tenía el.lavabo obstruido, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido increíble que no dejaba dormir, el Internet muy mal y no pude ver más de 10 segundos continuos la TV por que se congelaba la imagen; habitación 119 jamás funciono la tv, el.internet muy mal.....en ambas habitaciones el agua caliente no funcionaba bien y para terminar la actitud de las recepcionistas pésima no tienen idea de nada a pesar de que tenían la información en la computadora, como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor, lo tenia dentro de mis mejores opciones pero con esto jamas regresaré ni mucho menos lo recomendaría.

Lovely grounds and people. Good food
The bartender and the restaurant staff provide outstanding service! The dining area and the pool are very nice.
The walkway between the pool area and the restaurant is pretty slippery when it's wet. All of the outdoor paved areas are a little rough as there are a lot of gaps in the brick pavers that could lead to one to trip and fall.
La atención maravillosa que nos dieron desde la recepción
Nos gusto mucho la habitación, estaba muy comoda, limpia y a muy buena temperatura. Nos sentimos seguros y en calma.

Excelente atención de su personal, amplio y fácil acceso a su estacionamiento, la habitación muy amplia, cómoda y sus amenidades como el agua y café.
La alberca tenía mucha hoja e insectos muertos, deberían de limpiarla un par de veces al día.

Había algunas lámparas que no funcionaban.

No me pareció que no se podía consumir ningún alimento ni dentro de la habitación ni en cualquier área del hotel que no fuera el restaurante
