Very good option for business trip to this area of Tianjin
Pros:

Exceptional value for money. Modern property which is extremely well managed and run. The staff are trained to a very high standard. Also very good breakfast

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This must be more or less the best business level hotel in the area. All round I was impressed. I will stay there again

Very consistent, exceptional customer service.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk spoke very good English and delivered amazing customer service. They helped me adjust a reservation for a future stay, despite the fact that I could have done the changes online, but they went out of the way to help me. When I asked for help finding a restaurant close by, they walked out to the street with me and pointed out exactly where to go. In the morning, when I checked out, the concierge helped confirm that I had entered the correct address for my destination and ensured that the driver was clear about where to go. He also pointed out that the weather is cold and I should wear a jacket.
Fantastic service with a smile – great job guys! This is not even an isolated incident! They've done a great job every time I stayed at the property.

The room was large, clean, and quiet, with a great view of the Tianjin Tower. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet with Chinese and Western options. Probably best to describe it as international as I am sure there are Japanese and Korean options available.

Strongly recommend this property for your stay in Tianjin, and I will definitely return

Great Tianjin Hotel
Pros:

Stayed here twice while traveling on business in China. Hotel was amazing! Food was great, hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The bed was soft and welcoming and after a long day of traveling, this place felt like a home away from home.

A lot of noise from outside even though the room was on the 12th floor.
Poor lighting in the room.
The ding from the elevator could be heard in the room.

Pros:

Clean lobby, efficient service team at ground floor.

Cons:

Room had a really terrible smoke smell even thou it is a non-smoking room. Even the bed sheets etc. air ventilation was not there
