Het enorm uitgebreide ontbijt, diner en desserts.
Maar ook de inzet van het personeel. Iedereen deed z'n best.

Cons:

Ondanks dat ze zo hun best deden om de warme maaltijden te presenteren in het lopend buffet, waren er toch veel gerechten niet meer warm. Erg jammer.
Wellicht kunnen ze dit nog verbeteren.

De verlichting in de kamer zou beter kunnen.

Pros:

Preis war sehr günstig und Lage nicht schlecht (ca. 10-15 Min. Fußweg bis zum Megapark). Personal im Restaurant & an der Bar/beim Pool sehr nett!

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich & genervt von den Gästen. Die Zimmer waren für den Preis in Ordung, bis auf den Wasserdruck im Badezimmer, der war quasi nicht vorhanden, weder beim Waschbecken noch in der Dusche...

Room was fine, facilities were disappointing.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom had a very poor sound isolation, I could hear a person from the other room using the toilet and watching videos on their phone! I could hear every single little sound coming from the neighbours' bathroom, I felt quite uncomfortable. The "gym" was a disaster, there were barely any machines and all of them were rusty and genuinely unsafe to use. The gym should not be listed for this property because it is completely useless and even unsafe. The food was bland, very very greasy dinner dishes. Breakfasts were acceptable, but below average in comparison with other hotels. The guests population was mainly the elderly, I did not see a single person below 60 years of age during my stay, which was a bit of a shame for younger travellers if they wish to hang out with anybody. From time to time it felt like I was staying at a home for the elderly... Lastly, it was very buzzy and noisy at night - each evening there would be some sort of event going on in the bar and it was hard to fall asleep before midnight.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was schleunigst etwas erneuern sollte.
Pros:

Sehr wenig. Selbst der schon niedrige Preis ist für die Leistung viel zu hoch.

Im 5. Stockwerk (Zimmer 501) kein WLAN Empfang. Ameisen + Kakerlaken jeden Abend im Badezimmer entfernen müssen.

Sauberkeit war okay.

Maximal 1-2 Sterne Hotel.

Cons:

Leider fast alles.
