Not worth the money
Pros:

The neighborhood is in poor condition, and the constant smell of marijuana is unpleasant. The presence of many homeless people around the corner makes the area feel unsafe.

The face sink and the shower is at the front door entrance of the room being naked by the front door entrance of your room dose not feel good.

Cons:

Mucho cuidado con el precio: en tiempo de graduaciones universitarias se duplica o triplica respecto al.precio de otros períodos haciendo que la relación calidad/precio pierda todo sentido. Pagar 200 o 300 euros es razonable, pagar 500 o 600 no. Ninguna comodity, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, la alcachofa de la ducha es fija y resulta poco comoda

Pros:

I liked the location and the staff. It's in close proximity to food, entertainment and the subway.

Great location for exploring Harlem and Morningside
Pros:

Excellent location for attending a conference at Columbia University. Wide variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Without the chaos of Midtown or Downtown.
