Comfortable, clean hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff, but some amenities could be improved.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds provided a great night's sleep, and I especially liked the large desk, which gave me plenty of space to use my laptop, phone, and other personal items. The large window also made the room feel bright and open. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for my family.

Cons:

The Booking.com listing led me to expect breakfast, but I later found out it was not included. The lobby market mainly offered snacks and drinks rather than breakfast options. I also wish the room had a microwave, as guests must use a shared microwave in the lobby. The bedside lighting could be improved, since turning on the main light early in the morning easily wakes everyone in the room. Although the window was large, the view was only of a brick wall. Finally, the valet parking policy wasn't convenient for guests who plan to use their vehicle during their stay.

It was a nice lodging facility but staff presentation and room extension request needs work
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location we were surrounded by everything we needed. The events that were happening during out stay in Harlem made us feel at home.

Cons:

The first day we checked in we were treated so pleasant but on the second day total difference. The front desk support was not too enthusiastic. Very nonchalant. We booked through booking.com the first night but when trying to extend an additional day the hotel would not respond to request to modify forcing us with no choice to pay double the initial cost for an additional night. It would have been nice to have the same cost honored since we were already staying. All of this changed my rating for the hotel.

phone was broken and sounded awful calling service desk, carpet was dirty, blanket was thin and old, refrigerator was old
room smelled like sewer and when we complained they sprayed Lysol and left but it got so disgusting that we had to move the last night, i have never experienced any hotel like this.

在谷歌查詢離哥倫比亞大學近的酒店，推薦了這家，還標了四星級，實在令人失望，狹小的大堂和電梯，房間裡髒兮兮的地毯，空調噪音無比大，衛生間的裝飾比五六十年代都差，更令人遺憾的是所訂房間包早餐，其實所謂的包早餐就是給你20刀到小賣部選一點可憐的商品，連雞蛋都沒有，也是第一次見這麼奇葩的酒店，另外也沒有停車場，再也不會入住，也不會推薦朋友入住。

The very first young man that worked at the front desk was short and cold . He said to me after I walked in the door, “

When I went back to the subway, after staying there it was super easy to get to. On my way there though , I got lost.

Cons:

When I asked if they had a yoga mat I could use they said no. Later, when I went downstairs to get water , I saw many yoga mats in the gym They should have let me use one of them. I need to do yoga in my room.

I liked the space and privacy the room gave separated by a wall I like the housekeeping attention

I didn’t like that the housekeeper was not 24/7 and that food was only available in the am a that the microwave was only available at the lobby! Since there was no housekeeper after 2:30 I waited 3 hours for toilet paper and the front desk wouldn’t give me water since only the house keeper could take water to my room I hated how the shampoo and shower gel ran out fast I hated how there was too much echo in the room and how loud the ac was I stayed here for a week and I’m being sincere also how expensive the food was also how expensive the drinks were I only bought 2 beers and that was 22 $ crazy as a New Yorker staying in just for a remodel of my home that’s crazy how much they were asking when you pay for an experience and even tho the bartender was great the vibe was not it I never went back to the bar to say the least also the property was run down carpet dirty and bathrooms door broken I expect better quality when I spent more than 1,000$ on my stay
