We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable. We love the comfort vibe it brings. The distance from snow area is great, especially if you have little ones. We love the room that is so comfortable, clean sheets, and the bathroom. Especially soap and shampoo smells amazing. We also love the Spiral Restaurant, and the fireplace.

Cons:

Food is 5/10. I wish they could do something about the food. It tastes bland, we ordered ribs and it’s too dry. But the chowder is perfect and the garlic bread.

Pros:

Loved that it was so close to the mountain for skiing. The restaurant was top notch with delicious food and the spa pools were a really nice touch!

Cons:

Quite tight in the rooms for 4 people but we didn't really spend any time in them due to skiing so it was more than adequate for what we needed as a family.

Pros:

We loved the great chef for the morning buffet. Happy lady, delicious kai. Also the receptionist as we got in late was very kind also. Top score for the staff. Thank you for having us

Cons:

Only thing was the bathroom was a hit hard to move around. But I guess if we paid more we would get more.

Clean property and good location

Cons:

The first night was very uncomfortable for us. The guest above our room kept jumping and running till midnight and we couldn’t sleep properly. The room was not quiet at all.

Alot of noise from upstairs you end up with a downstairs room. The bathroom door jams closed and needs some maintenance.
