Pros:

This is the second year in a row we've stayed. It works perfect for us. Location, food at the restaurant, warm clean room, comfortable bed. We'll be back next year!

We had a lovely day and would recommend us to anybody
Pros:

Great location for we wanted to do and see to Mount Bay to the continent and ski fields but definitely they recommend this hotel food was amazing good value great service

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was like from school camp. Unfortunately an a la carte wasn't available. Bed very soft and lots of noise from people walking along the verandah

My daughter and I were on a road trip from Auckland we chose this Hotel because it was central to Turoa Ski Resort and Mt Ruapehu WHAKAPAPA Ski Resort we also wanted a hotel that had a Restaurant to dine in breakfast lunch and dinner
