Staff were friendly, and location was good, nearby restaurants were great too.

Cons:

The Shower head was like using a pressure washer in my scalp. Deffinity made it hard to wash my hair.

Single bed downstairs was blown out on one side from continuous use. Could use a new mattress.

Very considerate staff had the lights & heater turned on waiting for my arrival as I was late. Good place to rest up, and excellent food n beverage service. This place was fancier than I had anticipated.

Pros:

Loved the staff and their willingness to make things work how I wished in regards to checking in times and spa availability.

Cons:

The small space in the bathroom made maneuvering difficult after showering and no buffet breakfast would have been good to know upon booking as it was something we were really looking forward to.

matrasses are spent, not really baby friendly. asked the kitchen to heat up our baby’s food while spending money at the restauramt, cheff had to problem then manager refused- pathetic
