Pleasantly surprised: Perfect quieter location with easy access to Palma and the surrounding area.
Pros:

The room as wonderful! More spacious than I expected, great natural light. And we had two balconies! You get to then choose - sun or shade, castle/hillside or harbor view. So cool.
Breakfast - fresh and delicious with many options. Puts USA buffets to shame!
Pools - looked inviting! We just happen to be there when it wasn't warm enough outside. Love the options (ground floor or rooftop). And the patio around the groundfloor pool is perfect for relaxing day and night.
Perfect place for adults or couples! Not in the heart of Palma (where we already stayed so that was ok with us) but we found some excellent food options about 4 minutes walk away. Great access to castle Bellver. Totally recommend for future travelers!

Cons:

Neighborhood is a bit run down compared to other areas of Palma but I didn't feel unsafe walking around day or night. Otherwise I really don't have complaints of the hotel itself. We really were surprised by how inviting and thoughtfully done everything was.

Overall the hotel was decent for what I paid - think I just had higher expectations based on pics.
Pros:

The location is good and accessible. The staff were kind an helpful. Breakfast was a decent spread.

Cons:

While the room was clean, it was setp up in a strange way. Did not know what was happening with the sponge on the bed. It almost looked like it was not made and you had to do it yourself.

Pros:

Pohodlna postel, hezká koupelna.

Cons:

Nás střešní pokoj měl jediné okno na veřejnou plochu střechy. Zatažené závěsy nebo nulové soukromí, hnedka za oknem jsou lehátka pro hosty.
Bazén přímo nad pokojem začal dělat před úsvitem hluk. Spím tvrdě, ale i mě to lehce rušilo.

Für die gleiche Preiskategorie hatten wir auf Mallorco bis mager immer moderne und vor allem komfortablere Hotels.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft. Dies wäre ein Grund warum wir die Unterkunft leider nicht mehr buchen würden.
Der Teppich im gesamten Haus verleiht dem ganzen kein hygienisches Gefühl.
Wir waren zu 4 und hatten 2 Doppelzimmer superior. In einem Zimmer war ein unmöglicher Geruch, vor allem als man die Klimaanlage angemacht hat.

Pros:

L'hôtel est décoré avec énormément de soin : autant les espaces collectifs que les chambres. Il y a tout plein de services. Gros plus pour le frigo dans la chambre : bien pratique en Espagne. De même pour le petit balcon, et la salle de bain était grande. L'équipe était très agréable.

Cons:

On entend un peu les voisins du dessus et les gens qui passent dans le couloir, mais cela doit dépendre de s'ils sont bruyants.
