Pros:

The location is great and all the staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were a decent size and had all the necessities. The price isn't bad for what it is and it's definitely a good option to stay in the city for a quick trip.

Cons:

It seems like only the surface was cleaned. The sheets and towels of course but the floor was dusty and the bedside table and chair had stains that could easily be removed with a little bit of effort. The pull-out couch was also really dusty and being allergic it made my stay really uncomfortable. Also it wasn't ideal that we had to request for our room to be cleaned the day prior, and even after we did we noticed that surfaces were still dusty and dirty. The only elevator they have was REALLY slow and in the morning we had to share it with the cleaning staff carrying all their equipment which made our breakfast routine last much longer than anticipated, and it made any quick return to grab something from the room impossibile.

Gutes Hotel an Toplage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, nur wenige Schritte zum Alexanderplatz, ist top. Das Hotel ist modern & gepflegt und das Frühstück lecker (Highlight die fluffigen mini-Pancakes). Trotz der Lage wars in der Nacht absolut ruhig, also bester Schlaf in den bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Das Check-in war etwas umständlich (falsche Zeitangaben, falsche Schlüsselkarte) und das "eingestellte" Gepäck steht praktisch unbewacht in der kleinen Shop-Ecke. Da wäre ein abgeschlossener Raum schon angebracht.

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen.
Das Personal war freundlich und auch das Frühstück war gut.

Eine gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Alexanderplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum recht klein.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, man fühlte sich dort recht eingeengt. Auch lag das Zimmer zur Straßenseite, wo alle paar Minuten die Straßenbahnen vorbei donnern.
