Suitable for backpackers not a hotel anymore

Close to center

Cons:

It was listed as a hotel but it’s actually a hostel rooms not cleaned, beds not changed at all whilst we was there. We found out that we had to request the room to be cleaned, also the aircon didn’t work for the duration of the stay and they didn’t seem too bothered about it

Pros:

Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück ausreichend. Kein Teppich im Zimmer.
Zimmer nur hinten raus etwas ruhiger

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt, Abflussrohre riechen übel. Eingang sehr unscheinbar und alt, dafür ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Nur ein Fahrstuhl war im Haus und der fuhr langsam. Bei der Unterbringung einer Jugendgruppe war Lärm bis Mitternacht im Haus, niemand hielt es für nötig, da einzugreifen.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel liegt direkt beim Alexanderplatz, ist daher sehr gut angebunden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer (wir hatten zwei gebucht) waren kaum über Hostel-Niveau, die Türen angeschlagen, die Bäder/Duschkabinen veraltet und vergilbt, Fugen offen. Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen, sondern waren dann aus den Angeln. Auch das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig.
Schade! Für den Preis und die vorherigen Bewertungen hatten wir mehr erwartet.
Eigentlich gebe ich gerne gute Bewertungen ab und diese hier tut mir auch leid, aber wir waren doch etwas enttäuscht....
