Staff was great and the room was very nice and quiet beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

This was the first time staying at a property where you had to turn on a light switch to have electricity. The info is printed on the sheet they give out but I think they should tell guests that when they check in. Or move that info to the top of the page Most people would not read the info page until they were already in their room.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – leider nicht empfehlenswert Leid

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das wirklich bemüht war, den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt im Best Western Plus in Miami insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Besonders störend war die Situation im Nachbarzimmer. Dort war über einen längeren Zeitraum ein sehr lauter Fernseher zu hören, dazu kamen weitere laute Geräusche, die bis mitten in die Nacht anhielten. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch leider kaum zu denken.
Auch der Komfort und Zustand unseres eigenen Zimmers konnten uns nicht überzeugen. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr alt und teilweise deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt entsprach das Zimmer aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Komfort und Standard, den wir von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet hätten.
Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt leider von mehreren Punkten geprägt, die den positiven Gesamteindruck erheblich beeinträchtigt haben. Insbesondere die nächtliche Lärmbelästigung aus dem Nachbarzimmer und der veraltete Zustand des Zimmers waren für uns große Kritikpunkte.
Wir hatten uns von unserem Aufenthalt deutlich mehr erwartet und würden das Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen daher eher nicht weiterempfehlen.
