They promise me a service that they dint provide me and left me at the Airport waiting for more than an Hour in an unbearable heat from 9pm to 10:30pm at night, we decided to move to the hotel by taxi $30.00, very badly done from You. I had requested the service since 5/3 for 5/21 that I returned from my vacation, after flying 15hrs. in different connection until I reached to Miami. It's not nice of you to offer and not meet your guests. I Not Happy with you.

Pros:

La relación precio calidad es buena si no te cobran 2 veces ....y encima pasados los 12 días hábiles del reclamo, aun no me lo devolvieron.

Cons:

La atención del personal, no dejarme pasar por decir que no estaba efectuado el pago y después me aparece 2 veces debitado.

No volvería a hospedarme en ningún hotel de esta cadena en ningún lugar del mundo.

Restaurant sur place.
Navette pour l'aéroport.

Cons:

Aucune isolation phonique : vous entendez tous les bruits extérieurs (traffic routier) et du couloir.
Ascenseur trop long à venir (plus de 10 minutes d'attente...).
Décoration simpliste et désuète.

Staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very nice and the room was a very good value. loo the room was quiet and very clean. It was easy to book and easy to get back to the airport.

We were picked up at the airport on the 13th by your van driver Jose Umberto Perez. He never said hello, welcome to Best Western Plus Miami Coral Gables Hotel or anything for that matter! Upon arriving at the Hotel, he removed the luggage and when my husband went to give him a nice tip he just grabbed it and never said thank you goodbye or anything! Unfortunately when we returned on the 23rd he was our van driver again and this time he was very late! We had to call the front desk three times and he finally showed up at 8:27. We had been sitting out there since 7:40 and we have been told that the van would be there right at 8:00 P.M. and if we weren't there, he would just keep going. When he did finally show up there was no hello, apology for being late, or anything. He is rude and really gave us a bad feeling about the hotel. This time when my husband went to give him a tip, he asked him if he could please say thank you ...which he did and took the money without a smile or anything else. He is not a good representation of your hotel or your staff. Your front desk young man,Yordano was absolutely a doll and very apologetic. He was so helpful and really deserves recognition. We are hopeful that you will either have a conversation with Jose Umberto Perez or give him more training on how to treat people especially after traveling for hours.He is not a good first introduction your hotel.😐

Magical & Wonderful Experience
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was super specious. The walls are a bit thin but, they dont impede the experience as each room has hardwood floors. Everything was super clean, and I have no complaints whatsoever, definitely recommend.

Cons:

The only thing I would say that could improve is the noise in the rooms. Though I was unable to hear conversations across the rooms, there were times I was able to hear the footsteps of those on the floor above me or next to me. That is something that I feel can be fixed over time, but it wasnt too noisey.
