Due to immense Nairobi traffic because of the rain, I decided to make a stop at Sankara. I walked up the stairs to first floor and found Osteria Romana. I found a young enthusiastic waiter, Robert, who showed me around, sat me and recommended something not so filling for me who was feeling peckish. I would come back

Sankara-Sarabi offers an exceptional dining experience with a beautiful ambience, elegant décor, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared to a very high standard. The staff were professional, and the overall service was seamless from the moment we arrived. A special mention to our waiter, Leonard Okuom, who was attentive and responsive throughout our meal. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Sankara-Sarabi to anyone looking for outstanding food and hospitality.

Delicious food. This was a wonderful hotel where we stayed for the day prior to our late night departure from Nairobi. Nicole was our server. She is an apprentice who is already excellent.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sankara! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcome.

Everyone was so happy, kind, and helpful. We were always greeted with a warm smile, and even when speaking with staff over the phone, you could literally hear the smile in their voices. That level of genuine hospitality is something you don’t come across often.

From the security team and reception staff to housekeeping and everyone else we encountered, the service was truly phenomenal. Everything was clean and well thought out. Every interaction made us feel valued and well cared for, and it was clear that everyone takes great pride in making guests feel at home.

I can’t say enough about how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. The exceptional service and warm atmosphere made our experience unforgettable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Sankara to anyone visiting Nairobi. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!

We stayed one night at the Sankara Nairobi, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we pulled up, the staff were super friendly and attentive! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. We dinner at the roof top bar. The manager was at the front and promptly greeted us and sat us at our table. He made a fantastic drink recommendation, penicillin #2! Our server Rachel was great and took care of our every need! Chefs kiss to the food… we enjoyed everything we ordered! Upon leaving, the manager came back over, asked about our experience and left us with a parting gift. It was a box set of beautiful stone animals! Our stay was great and I would highly recommend!

In terms of the food, it really wasn’t tasty for the price and I don’t think a platter of this caliber at such a hotel should include smokies. Kindly benchmark and assess.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

Staff was so nice!! Everyone was so helpful, Nick from housekeeping came by (unprompted) to ensure we were having a good stay and was very kind. Highly recommend! Kevin was our driver for the day and he was also incredible!!
