it is a very comfortable and extremely clear hotel with a helpful and kind staff, the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the city center, yet the rooms are quiet.

Cons:

I missed scrambled eggs from the breakfast, but that's just my favorite, the breakfast was plentiful, I was especially happy with the local products in the breakfast

Small, smart hotel in great location
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice, good bread, good espresso, seriously addictive kyropolou, always some kind of Bulgarian pastry. Nice quiet location, just off main street. Great restaurant next door, lovely wine bar over the road, metro about 10 min walk. Friendly and not too big.

Nothing.

В целом хороший отель для короткого пребывания
Pros:

Отличное расположение в центре. Чистый номер, очень удобные матрасы даже на диване для ребёнка. Большой выбор подушек. Спать было максимально комфортно. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Отель уже немного устарел и в жизни выглядит менее привлекательно, чем на фотографиях. Также полотенца имели запах сырости.

Семье с ребёнком предоставили номер на втором этаже с окнами на оживлённую дорогу. Для комфортного сна детей было бы лучше предлагать более высокие этажи или номера с окнами во внутренний двор.

На завтраке не хватало белковых блюд. Помимо варёных яиц и бекона, выбор состоял в основном из выпечки и блинчиков. Хотелось бы видеть больше вариантов для гостей, придерживающихся здорового или спортивного питания.

viaggio piacevole in una sorprendente Sofia

posizione, staff gentile, ampiezza di camera e bagno

Cons:

colazione migliorabile, la camera da pranzo non separata dalla hall/reception, pulizia migliorabile. Il giorno della partenza, lasciando l'albergo alle 5 del mattino per l'aeroporto, non ci è stato fornito su richiesta del giorno prima il packed breakfast . Per un 4 stelle davvero insolito. Viaggio molto, in qualsiasi albergo anche di categoria inferiore tale richiesta è sempre stata soddisfatta! Faccio presente che la colazione era anche compresa nel prezzo.

Numuriņi tīri, skaisti, visas ērtības.
Atrašanās vieta pašā centrā.

Cons:

Brokastis bija vilšanās, jo zviedru galds sastāvēja tikai no izpakotajiem ēdieniem. Nebija pat omletes vai kas cifs uz vietas gatavots. Šādai viesnīcai par šo brokastu cenu būtu jābūt citādai.
Brokastis neiesaku.

Excellent location in the center, very nice big and clean rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, I would not choose it again. Also, although we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, both days we were there the cleaning personel deciced to knock on our door at 9:30 and woke us.
