The bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab, the shower head sprayed in in all directions, and there was no option to remove the closed captioning from the television. Overall it was an average experience and not worth the price.
location was excellent, rooms were nice, we didnt get a balcony but the view from the window was good, liked the casting function on the tv, beds were comfy, pillows were a little thin, had to double up but then it made it to thick lol, but it was ok, appreciated the late checkout, breakfast was nice too
barista coffee should be included in the breakfast and not an extra cost, just one cup per person, doesnt have be bottomless, there is a bottomless drip coffee but I would guess most people would prefer barista coffee
Booked 2 rooms and staff placed us on different floors and when we asked to change it , they said it was impossible even though we had booked months ahead. The team member in the morning apologised but really did not make it a great weekend , celebrating my friends birthday
