Cons:

The housekeeping staff went inside our room when we were out and cleared everything where we didn’t ask for room cleaning & our DND switch was on, and we had our belongings all over the place..we even complaint, but they said that they could not do anything about it now. Although we checked & nothing was missing but this disappointed us & ruined experience of the overall stay.

Cons:

Parking- All the cars are parked in the open as in the present heat the car becomes very hot from outside as well as from inside. The heat also damages the upholstery. Please make covered parking with enough length to cover the car.

Only outside part structure

Cons:

Rooms are not upto mark, not feeling like 5 star. Not at all value for money also renovation work going on which created continuous disturbance

Unfortunately, not a good stay experience
Pros:

Servers at the restaurant were polite and very considerate

Cons:

Too noisy, service related to rooms was very poor. Lost my things during room changing but instead of checking and actually finding they gave excuses. Very unpleasant service. But location and feel was very good
