прекрасный вид на Айа София
Pros:

Невероятный вид из номера, на крыше хороший ресторан с таким же прекрасным видом и очень хорошим обслуживанием. В целом, очень благодарна персоналу на ресепшн за заботу. Получилась накладка с такси, ребята помогли вызвать надежное такси, успокоили и помогли донести вещи до машины.

Exceptional hospitality from wonderful people
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a beautiful atmosphere.

The room was spotless and impeccably maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The rooftop restaurant offers a breathtaking view, making every meal even more special.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Nur, whose warm smile and joyful laugh made every morning even brighter.

What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Murat, Mahmut, Nur, and Melisa went far beyond my expectations. They helped me with internet access, recommendations, and reservations for the places I wanted to visit. They were always kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making my trip the best it could be.

A very special thank you to Murat for taking the time to help me organize my sightseeing plans and answer all my questions. And my deepest gratitude to Mahmut, who kindly lent me his own metro card when I needed it. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me and is something I will never forget.

Thank you for making me feel so welcome. Because of you, Istanbul became even more special. I will gladly recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I hope to come back one day.

Excellent hotel, excellent location
Pros:

The hotel is just wonderful - our room was good size, very clean with all amenities and a breathtaking view of Aya Sofya. The location is perfect. Wonderful turkish breakfast. Nice and very professional staff. All in all as solid 10! Highly recommended!

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber vor Ort nur ein solches Zimmer bekommen. Das andere war viel kleiner als das was wir gebucht bzw bezahlt haben. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, aber den gewünschten Balkon hatten wir trotzdem nicht.
Es sieht auf den Fotos schöner aus, die Zimmer sind viel kleiner als es auf den Fotos wirkt und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Aperol im Hotelrestaurant kostet 23€
Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche, schön serviert aber es war nicht so unser Fall.

A room with a view.
Pros:

The stunning view of the Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque from my bedroom window,

Cons:

There was a drain smell in the bathroom that just never went away no matter how much air freshener I sprayed.

Прекрасное месторасположение! Рукой подать до ключевых достопримечательностей. Вежливый и заботливый персонал. Цена-качество - отличное.

Cons:

Посоветовала бы отелю позаботиться о москитных сетках (очень много комаров), более мощных фенах для гостей (тот, что в номере вырубается через 10 секунд и остывает минут по 15, это очень дискомфортно, по просьбе принесли другой), а также о питьевой воде для гостей (была предоставлена 1 бутылка 1,5 литра в день заезда - далее покупали сами).
Это небольшие минусы, которые никак не отразились на отдыхе, возможно отель учтет их и будет совершенствоваться🙂

Historic hotel with stunning views from front bedrooms and wonderful staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Hard to beat looking out the window at Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The Sultanamet district is very walkable from this location. Staff were amazing. Very helpful in planning tours. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We were in a very tiny room with a superb view. Staff showed us other possibilities but none had the same view with what we needed-essentially enough space to open two medium suitcases and bedside tables on both sides for cpap and meds etc. We adapted. Each room is a bit different and we did see some we'd be happier in in the future. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay and will surely come back!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a magnificent view.
The bed was very comfortable, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations.
Housekeeping was impeccable every day, and the breakfast was delicious, with serving hours perfect for both early risers and those who like to sleep in. The location was fantastic, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay! :)
We HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location!

Great view & location
Pros:

The view is to die for and great location to all attractions. Also, the staff were the best - Very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was run down and needs a lot of upgraded renovations especially for the amount I paid as a solo traveller.
