Great location, but the construction work and metro noise was awful.
Pros:

Very basic breakfast, unfriendly fibe

Warning that the metro Train runs underneath the building. Whole room was shaking.

Sehr zentral gelegen und man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen, wäre die Baustelle nicht gewesen, hat sogar fünf Sterne gekriegt bekommen

Cons:

leider hatten wir das Pech, dass an einem Tag der Irish Pub bis morgens um 2:00 Uhr auf der Straße gefeiert hat und wenn das bis in die vierte Etage trotz geschlossener Fenster und Jalousien gehört hat, erst nach Rufen der Polizei, wo die Veranstaltung aufgelöst.

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con el anfitrión que nunca respondió mis mensajes. Le indiqué que íbamos a desocupar el alojamiento porque teníamos cucarachas en la habitación, el sofá cama no se abría, el colchón del sofá cama estaba sucio/manchado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba adecuadamente, en general estábamos muy incómodos en el lugar y le pedí reembolso por cuanto debíamos buscar otro sitio sobre todo por las cucarachas, sin embargo jamás contestó mis mensajes en WhatsApp. Pésima experiencia y aún espero reembolso.

Wunderschönes Hotel, großzügig und sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Das Hotel steht sehr zentral, leider jedoch im Ausgangsviertel, umgeben von Bars und Clubs. Lärm bis in die Morgenstunden. Beim Buchen ein ruhiges Zimmer wählen.

good location with the party next door
Pros:

the location is perfect, walking distance to everything you’ll need. the hotel is very chic and nice on the surface. they serve port wine and pastel de nata every afternoon, and the breakfast is really nice.

Cons:

the pink street aka the all night party street is next door, you’ll need ear plugs. we only had one working wall socket in our room, told the reception but nothing happened.

A terrible stay - had very little sleep because of the noise both from inside and outside the hotel.
Pros:

The view from my room.

Cons:

The constant drilling noise from 8:30am through to 6:30pm. It was unbearable. Also the noise from the street at night is terrible. Lots of drunk people shouting in the middle of the night.
