A terrible stay - had very little sleep because of the noise both from inside and outside the hotel.
Pros:

The view from my room.

Cons:

The constant drilling noise from 8:30am through to 6:30pm. It was unbearable. Also the noise from the street at night is terrible. Lots of drunk people shouting in the middle of the night.

Pros:

the location is perfect, walking distance to everything you’ll need. the hotel is very chic and nice on the surface. they serve port wine and pastel de nata every afternoon, and the breakfast is really nice.

Cons:

the pink street aka the all night party street is next door, you’ll need ear plugs. we only had one working wall socket in our room, told the reception but nothing happened.

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon, and the hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We could walk to a lot of places, which was important to us. The room was clean and cozy. The view was excellent. We had a view of the city and water. Loved it! The staff was most excellent. They were warm and friendly, kind and very accommodating. I would recommend this boutique hotel.

Cons:

We didn't like that there wasn't a pool. Also, the hotel is on a very busy two way street that was a hill, which made it difficult getting in and out of Ubers and Taxi. Also, luggage will roll if you don't catch it.

il primo soggiorno con camera sulla Pink Street (avevo scelto io una camera non vista Tejo perchè
un po´ meno caro, camera piccola (il problema di poter distendere e aprire la valigia e comune a molti alberghi purtroppo) e rumorosissima tanto che danno in dotazione tappi per le orecchie
il secondo soggiorno, ho chiesto all´arrivo camera vista fiume ed e stata tutta un´altra cosa
