Pros:

從東口Yodobashi旁的手扶梯下到一樓，右轉到オイシイモノ横丁，飯店就在對面，離車站走路只要幾分鐘。

房間與日本多數的飯店差異不大，我覺得兩個行李箱就不好展開。
5樓/8樓有收費洗衣機&烘乾機，不過我沒使用。
3樓/10樓有製冰機&微波爐，也提供免洗餐具，這點幫助很大。
3樓/5樓/8樓/10樓有販售機，價格不貴，可利用。

這裡整房須在10點前把需求貼在門口，藍色是整房，灰色是把乾淨毛巾掛在門口，住滿三天如果都沒要求整房，第四天清晨飯店會提醒當天要整房（信件）。

進房內有個臭味，房內有提供空氣清淨機&空氣噴霧。

早餐是跟二樓漁業部店家合作，比較普通。
Pros:

離仙台站近，過馬路或走天橋可到Yodobashi ，天橋口有松本清、Louis和大創。樓下有知名燒肉店「司」。Lobby備品區有掛耳包咖啡、護手霜等少見品項。

Aangename plek voor daguitstappen naar Yamadera en Matsushima
Pros:

Locatie: op 5 min wandelen van het treinstation.
Mooi ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers.
Flexibele afhandeling van onze klacht.

Cons:

De kamer die we toegewezen kregen was niet proper: vasttapijt was niet gestofzuigd, papiersnippers op de grond. De kamer werd ook ontsierd door een kolossale massagstoel die ruimte wegneemt in de kamer. We hebben echter zonder probleem meteen een andere (nette) kamer gekregen. We hebben wel een kleine opleg betaald voor een kamer zonder die storende massagestoel die blijkbaar standaard deel uitmaakt van het kamertype dat we geboekt hadden.

Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で丁寧に接して下さいました。部屋も綺麗でした。テーブルに卓上鏡がありメイクの時にとても助かりました。
朝食をつけましたが、他のホテルの金額をみると結構値上がりしてますが結構リーズナブルな金額だったのであまり期待はしてなかったんですが、種類も豊富で満足しました。
１Ｆと２Ｆにコンビニや飲食できる所があるのはとてもよかったです。

Cons:

欲を言うと大浴場があると良かったな〜と思います。
