The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores is planning to build 44 new rooms with 4 floors. Construction will begin on January 10, 2025. The project location is 164 feet from the main entrance and 820 feet from the existing hotel building. Measures will be taken to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Personal atento en todo momento. Servicio de traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Desayuno variado y muy bueno. Puedes coger excursión al parque nacional del Komodo desde el hotel a mejor precio que en otras plataformas, merece mucho la pena. Piscina limpia, grande y en primera línea de playa aunque no nos bañamos en la playa (playa sucia), habitaciones un poco anticuadas pero baño muy nuevo y cama muy cómoda.

Très agréable hormis le bruit des voisins.
Pros:

Emplacement calme et sécurisé.
Possibilité de regarder de beaux couchers de soleil depuis la plage de l'hôtel.
Piscine spacieuse.

Cons:

Les chambres ne disposent pas d'un sas d'entrée pour isoler celles-ci des bruits que certains clients peu respectueux des autres peuvent faire, en rentrant tard le soir ou en partant tôt le matin.

A simpatia dos funcionários é incrível e ainda nos levaram as malas até ao quarto. Chegamos mais cedo e deram-nos logo acesso ao quarto. Cama muito confortável! Chuveiro ótimo! Piscina incrível. A comida, apesar de mais dispendiosa quando comparada com os preços da Indonésia, era muito boa e chegou sempre rápido. Pedimos room service para o jantar e foram impecáveis! O buffet do pequeno almoço tinha mesmo muitas opções e eram boas! Tivemos transfer direto para o aeroporto.

Needed more information about what the hotel offered …etc courtesy bus into the main town and times etc . More visible staff cleaning up after people and serving food and drinks etc Could do with a few updates, looking a bit rundown

Room was comfortable, nice outside area for relaxing by the pool. Ping pong and tennis court available.

Cons:

We were supposed to be picked up by the hotel driver at the airport but they was no sign of him so I repeatedly tried to call Sigis but no answer. It seems the taxi either forgot about us or took the wrong people. After 30 minutes of waiting we organized another taxi to bring us to the hotel. We were told we would be compensated for the price of the taxi. When I told reception the amount we were charged he asked “wow you really paid that for a taxi to here?” (rude) and didn’t reimburse the full amount. If you choose this hotel, make sure you remind them of your arrival to avoid this issue.
