Staff e struttura molto accogliente. Il personale fa la differenza.
Pros:

Colazione varia e diversificata, anche a portar via se le escursioni iniziano molto presto. Piscina ampia e spaziosa con servizio asciugamano incluso. Mare non consigliato per fare il bagno.

Beautiful resort and pool , tranquil and well maintained
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, quiet place even in high season, lovely breakfast and staff
We had a suite with sea view and well worth paying extra, amazing place

Cons:

At time staff would not understand orders for food but some on training
Overall still very very lovely

I will be back if they renovate the room
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, pool is great too. Airport shuttle and city shuttle. Great

Cons:

Breakfast food can be improved too, bread are daily so hard and dry. Interior of Rooms are too old, too simple for now, it is one of the first hotels builded in labuan bajo.

Struttura grande e accogliente. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Camere vista mare, molto spaziose anche se arredamento un po’ datato. Piscina. Colazione varia.

Heerlijke kamers, ruime badkamer met warmwater ook op piekmomenten. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet internationaal en Indonesisch. Comfortabel zwembad. Strand kan meer van gemaakt worden. Fitnessfaciliteiten niet gezien.

Soulless memory of old grandeur
Pros:

Staff was professional and friendly. Large pool. They were flexible in adding extra beds.

Cons:

The hotel is very poorly maintained. Old grandeur which lost every charm. Serious renovation long overdue. My kid cut his feet in the pool (broken tiles). Breakfast is very Eastern oriented. If you want to run the hotel in this state, price should go down.
The location at the beach brings you nothing as there are no beach beds, the sand is not play-sand etc.
