The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores is planning to build 44 new rooms with 4 floors. Construction will begin on January 10, 2025. The project location is 164 feet from the main entrance and 820 feet from the existing hotel building. Measures will be taken to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Nice place near the beach
Pros:

Great value for the price. Including free airport and city center shuttles, breakfast and welcome drinks. Staff was outstanding and super friendly

Pros:

Clean and comfy rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, great breakfast

Cons:

The restaurant offers small portions at very high prices and below or medium quality. 300 meters down the beach you will find hotels with better food at much cheaper prices. Thus people only eat at the restaurant the first night which seems very short sighted. They could have 10 times more people eating there by just offering better food at normal prices

Pros:

We kregen een upgrade en hadden daardoor een luxere kamer met balkon. Erg fijn! Vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam. Fijn zwembad. Aan zee, al zwom daar niemand. Mooie zonsondergang. Lekker eten. Badlakens bij het zwembad.

Eenvoudige kamer, gordijnen waren luxaflex die erg veel licht doorlieten. Verder prima. Goed ontbijt. Diner of lunch mogelijk. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed zwembad met badlakens. Aan zee, al zwom er niemand.

Awesome place for families
Pros:

Awesome spot on the sunset side of the island which is a bit quieter and great for families. We had a two story family room with the girls upstairs. They absolutely loved their own room. The pool was fantastic. The snorkelling you just go about 100 m up to Made’s Warrong and snorkel straight out it is exceptional much better snorkelling than the snorkelling tour. The breakfast was fantastic. the staff were amazing

struttura un po’ datata lontana dal centro. Comunque ottima per un breve soggiorno. Molto apprezzato il transfer gratuito da e per l’aeroporto

Très belle vue sur la mer
La piscine est très bien
Les lits sont très confortables
Le petit déjeuner est bon
L’hôtel est calme

Cons:

Seulement 2 navettes par jour pour aller en ville
Pas de possibilité d’avoir un lit d’appoint et pas de chambre communicante donc les familles avec enfants sont forcément séparées

Beautiful beachfront, enjoyed the sunrise & sunset. Very friendly & helpful staffs. Nice & spacious restaurant.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer & no iron in the room. Tiny soap bar should be replace by dispensing liquid soap for body, face & hair wash.
