Alles in allem war es sehr gut, wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Dennoch nicht zu laut, nachts ist es ruhig.
Das Personal war besonders freundlich, wir konnten einen kostenlosen Late-Checkout haben. Außerdem haben sie uns angeboten, nochmals duschen zu können vor unserer Abreise.
Das Frühstück war gut, viel Auswahl.

Sena hotel in Hanoi exceeded my expectations. Its prime central location in the heart of the city made everything conveniently accessible, with plenty of good food options nearby. The rooms are big and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it very easy to book tours and arrange everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic choice for both convenience and quality, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect.
The front desk staff Louis and Kin were always so helpful. Never pushing to sell anything and always up for a chat. Room was immaculate, top tip pay a little extra for a family room, the balcony is great for watching the hustle n bustle below. Breakfast was superb. The bathroom was immaculate, rainforest shower too. All linen was clean and as new. Location perfect. Go out the door turn left, fantastic Viet restaurant. Turn right and you've got a snug local for a beer. Hotel is positioned for easy reach of all attractions too. Breakfast was delicious and catered for westerners too. Perfect stay, thank you

Pros:

Great location and staff were really helpful. Jimmy was very helpful and spoke great English and was informative for us. Laundry was cheap and they also let us use courtesy room before we left again after check out

Хороше місце розташування.Поруч нічний маркет ,озеро,церква,пивна вулиця, багато хороших масажних салонів поруч.
Дуже приємна дівчина на рецепції,намагалася у всьому допомогти .

Cons:

Старий номерний фонд,що не дивно,але у душовій кімнаті нова сантехніка хоч і видрана майже зі стіни .

Egy két éjszakára megfelelő.
Pros:

Közel volt az óvároshoz, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A szoba tiszta volt.

Cons:

A hűtő nagyon büdös volt, egyszer nyitottam ki, de inkább nem tettem be semmit. Az erkélyajtó nem záródott jól, behallatszott minden zaj az utcáról. A reggelinél nem volt túl nagy választék.

剛入住第一晚房間有股潮溼加霉味 要求要特別清掃房間 阿姨很認真打掃乾淨了很多 晚班的小姐姐服務親切。
飯店位置位於老城區，去哪裡都很方便。

BOOKING 上房間照和實際上房間照騙是天壤之別
果然很照騙。設備也滿老舊的
早餐很普通
