Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage. Das Personal war super nett und hat sich jedes Mal, wenn man reinkam, kurz mit einem unterhalten. Alles wirkte sehr persönlich, aber nicht übertrieben. Das Hotel war sauber und wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

It was well located, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We went to Ha Long Bay and came back for one night before leaving Hanoi, and they stored our luggage and gave us complementary breakfast.
Het hotel had een perfecte locatie, gelegen in de Old Quarter. Het personeel was super aardig, maakte elke dag een gezellig praatje en hielpen met alles. Ook het ontbijt was super, zeer uitgebreide keuze en erg lekker. de kamer was top, ruim en had alles wat je nodig hebt.

We stayed for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better experience! The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and cleaned impeccably every single day.
The location is unbeatable—you are right next to legendary Michelin-recommended spots for Bún Chả, Phở, and Bánh Mì, along with so many other fantastic restaurants. Having a TP Bank ATM right next door was also super convenient.
Breakfast was fantastic every morning with a great variety of food, including delicious fresh Phở daily. A special mention to the hostess at breakfast—she is truly the best! So warm, attentive, and welcoming.
A big shoutout as well to the two gentlemen at the concierge—they were incredibly welcoming and catered to our every need with top-tier service across the board. What more could you possibly ask for? We will definitely be back!

A beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I can highly recommend this hotel.
Het personeel was geweldig! Twee heren in de ochtend/middag en 1 dame in de avond hebben onze verblijf in Hanoi uitstekend gemaakt! Ontbijt was goed, kamers waren mooi en schoon.
Очень удобное расположение, предельно доброжелательные персонал, симпатичный номер, есть возможность выпить чай, кофе в номере, удобный матрас и подушка, белоснежное белье, тихо в номере, было очень комфортно отдыхать, ванная комната оснащена всем необходимым, горячая вода была постоянно, убирались каждый день. Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор блюд. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, and the staff were always polite and helpful. I particularly appreciated the breakfasts, which were tasty and varied, always offering several options to choose from. Considering the quality, location, and price, I believe it was a truly excellent choice.
