This was our second time staying here. Great location for the promenade and all the attractions. The owner was brilliant and very helpful. Delicious breakfasts.

Big dog we were unaware of and had to move from where we sat outside as the dog needed to urinate!
Breakfast had been over cooked and sat there a while not fresh
We were not made aware that the main door was self locking so we locked it when we came in at night. We were belittled in front of other residents that the owner had to het up and let people in as we had locked it
Comfy bed nice staff location brill. Only downfall too small sink hotel is dated but value for money bang on for 1 night for a couple. Nice comfy double bed. Decor neds updating but price we paid was fine. Didnt eat breakfast so cant comment but was plenty eating their an smelt good so would of been fine a bet
Bathroom sink too small tea n coffee facilities in room not great but thats least to worry about. Would i go back yes. Would i reccomend..... Yes. Hope its all same if i go again in future price wise but for single room.

Unfortunately everything. Everything was completely filthy from the kettle to the towels. Didn’t stay even half an hour, stayed elsewhere. I don’t believe Booking.com assisted to their best ability.

Beans on breakfast were very cheap and flavorless. Parking wasn't great and expensive. Room needed tlc, such as new kettle, new chest of draws. Radiator fixing so its level. General clean of shower and floor. New carpet needed and headboard, sink tap was loose and plug didn't work well. Room very small
