Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, it’s just a short walk down the hill to the promenade, beach and amusements.
We had a double room on the first floor which was spacious and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom.
The hotel was quiet at night and a reasonable price, £90 per night for room only. A parking permit was included for use on the streets behind the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Cons:

The window blinds didn’t totally block out the light at night but only a minor point for us

A beautiful Georgian guest house near the harbour and Old Town.
Pros:

A beautiful room with a large shower in the en suite. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location near the harbour and Old Town. 12 minutes walk from the train station. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Cons:

The windows were single glazed and the street could be noisy with vehicles and people going by, but ear plugs were provided with the room.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable in the attic. The room was very clean. Decor was fab. Adam offered to take our bags up. Very good host.
The parking was hard we had to park at the side roads. But a permit was given. The stairs to the hotel were steep but ok when you got use to it.
Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable stay, welcoming hosts!
Pros:

Location was ideal - close to the beach but also close to town. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Lovely decor and very comfortable bed. Friendly hosts.

Cons:

Night-time can be a little noisy as on a main road through to the town, also seagulls can get a bit vocal too! Earplugs supplied and were very welcome.

Perfect location and one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in a long time
Pros:

Very clean, very comfortable bed, had everything what you need for your stay and central for amenities. Room spacious and staff we’re very pleasant, friendly and helpful

Cons:

The only downside about our stay was the wake up call from the seagulls at 6/7am. Even though earplugs were provided which helped slightly. Unsure if the windows are doubled glazed as feel this would help.

I would call it a guest house rather than a hotel
Disappointing not to be able to get breakfast as there was a dining room
Ear plugs provided as it was noisy
Wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues due to steep steps leading up to property

A brilliant home from home in a great location
Pros:

We had a lovely welcome from Adam and any requests we had were dealt with straight away.
Our room had recently been re decorated and had a new suite in the shower room.

Cons:

The seagulls took a day to get used to. But to be expected as you are in Scarborough by the sea
