No air conditioning in kitchen and living room, just a fan so it was hot .sewage smell which went to the bedroom. I found the card on the kitchen table telling me the price of every item very tacky. Like 35 cents for a fork , the front desk upon checking in expected me to wear a wrist band the whole 18 days there, absolutely ridiculous. The worst experience and the reason I won't come back was when I checked in the standard take your credit card for a hold if you cause any damage which is common practice. The problem was when I checked out the young women there with glasses, she asked me if there was a hold on my card to remove. We'll the person when I checked in never put the hold on the credit card ,not my fault. But this women was very vocal about like it was my fault, made bad face about. I finally said look i gave the card there was no damage, my room was checked, still holding me . I said look i must catch a flight, I never had this experience, I'm a full time world traveler and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to go back for a month, so I will never go to this property.

The sewage smell from the bathroom to the room ,only fan no ac in the kitchen living room . The good stay turned into bad experience when I checked out , the front desk clerk asked me if the customery hold on the credit card was placed on my card through my bank . I said I never saw it , this wasn't my fault if the desk clerk when I checked it didn't do it . I did give her my card so I assumed she did. She made me feel it was my fault, I will never go back

Cleanliness, very smelly, since the start of my stay there was some disgusting smell and I told them multiple times but they did not do anything about it. Need to ask refund for this

Our particular room had no balcony and the bedroom window faced the inside corridor and voices carried in the morning. (We did book during peak season quite late and felt lucky to get any room. In the mornings some people had their doors open and the rooms with balconies or larger windows looked lovely). The pillows were quite lumpy. The largest pool was very shallow. While we were there it was an older crowd of annual visitors who wanted to read in silence at the pool, so the vibe was quite somber (could just be out our timing).

posiblemente podria ser que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, y de los insumos siento se limitan pero la atencion y respuesta es buena..

Room smelt weird upon arrival.
Wifi was unusable in the bedroom.
Charged 350 pesos for a large blue stain that was present on all sheets not made by us.
