Enjoyable time in a centrally located hotel with good amenities close by.
Pros:

Breakfast - Good choice but lacked a little bit of choice on breads. Fruit juice OK. Toaster a bit awkward to use.
Location - Good. Option to sit outside for breakfast. View from room very good.
Room - nicely air conditioned. Adequate size. Bed was comfortable. Shower a bit dodgy.
Large clean reception area. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Cons:

No toilet roll holder in bathroom. Dark in the stairwell. Lift small and old but does the job.

The excellent location and super reception staff helped our stay to be so enjoyable and memorable
Pros:

The location of the hotel with views overlooking the lake. Very close to the ferry and a reasonable walk to the train station.
The reception staff were excellent, experienced and extremely helpful. We have travelled to many hotels in different countries but the staff here were the best we have come across. They were always helpful, friendly and cheerful. They helped us to plan our trips recommending places to visit and transport to take. A special thanks goes to Aurora who went the extra mile for the four of us in our party.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena frente al lago, por lo demas normal, desayuno normal.

Cons:

Nadie me aviso del fee de 20 euros que cobrara la ciudad, sería bueno que te avisaran al momento de reservar.

Perfect hotel in the best location , all amenities and restaurants on your doorstep.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel , great location , friendly staff , very comfortable room , lovely bathroom and a perfect view from the small balcony .
Loads of choice for breakfast , buffet self service , you can sit outside .
Cannot fault it .

Cons:

Nothing , maybe just the orange juice machine , very sweet !!

Comfortable accommodation, great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

Well appointed room, could possibly do with a couple more towel rails. Lots of power sockets. Lovely selection of food for breakfast. Aurora on reception was a particularly helpful lady. Lovely personality. Had great views of old harbour and lake. Good air conditioning in room.

Pros:

The location was great, the room was lovely, beds comfortable, A/C worked great… towels were big and fluffy, balcony was lovely. Staff including Dune, Andrea, Andorra and the owner too were all very sweet and helpful. The ferry dock is just steps away… plenty of restaurants everywhere…great breakfast in the hotel.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Das Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das frische Obst war unübertroffen lecker.

Cons:

Es gab keinen direkten Parkplatz am Hotel. Zur Anreise und Abreise konnte man aber direkt vorm Hotel halten und die Parkplätze, die kostenpflichtig, aber preislich ok waren, lagen fußläufig entfernt.
