Pros:

Så fina rum med fin utsikt, toppenfrukost! Trevlig personal med hög servicekänsla. Otroligt nöjd!

Cons:

Lite synd att det inte finns parkering till hotellet, men vi hittade ett toppenställe som va lite billigare och väldigt smidigt. Dock en liten promenad genom torget, men helt klart värt det!

Perfect place to visit when going to Lake Garda
Pros:

Nestled right on the lakefront, this hotel offered easy access to numerous restaurants and the ferry port. Every morning breakfast boasted a vast selection. We were also kindly helped to book a taxi to the station, a real comfort on our return journey in the heat.

Ligger centralt och nära till alla restauranger och hamnen där båtarna går ifrån. Vi gick från tågstationen till hotellet och tog bara 10-15 min. Jättebra frukost och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Det luktade lite märkligt i vårt rum. Oklart om det var lukt pga mögel eller något medel de städade med.

Perfekte Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Empfehlung!

Es gab nur ein flaches Kissen pro Person. Zum Glück gab es noch ein extra Kissen im Schrank, aber eben nur eines, also wenn beide Leute gerne erhöht schlafen, könnte das ein Problem sein.

In der ersten Nacht war außerdem bis Mitternacht laute Musik von dem Restaurant vor unserem Fenster. Da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür, aber wer empfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht zur Sicherheit Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen

Excellent boutique hotel with equally excellent staff
Pros:

Central Location was excellent for restaurants, bars & ferry terminal. the staff were so pleasant & helpful when we were planning our day trips with the ferry. The decor was lovely & modern. The bedrooms & bathroom were tastefully decorated. Breakfast was fantastic. The bar was great to have some evening drinks. The reception area was lovely with seating areas & even a TV so our son was able to watch the World Cup matches. A discount for a nearby restaurant was made good use of during our stay too. Air con was good in bedrooms, daily cleaning & lovely big fluffy towels is always a bonus.

Cons:

A pity there isn’t a swimming pool but we knew that already. We had the platinum suite which had a beautiful terrace (although the birds also liked it so maybe a table wipe would be good inbetween different guests) but really that was minimal.
