Absolutely perfect place to stay. Great location. Large clean room with very large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff -reception, staff at breakfast and cleaners. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly want.
Ceramic coffee mugs and a couple of wine glasses would be great in room but this would not stop us from booking here again or recommending to others.

Absolutely fantastic location, the staff were lovely and very friendly. The room was excellant and the lake view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was an absolute delight with a vast variety of breakfast treats along with the usual fayre.
We will definitely be booking again.

ホテルの場所、部屋からの眺め、また、フロントを初めとするスタッフの皆様全てが気持の良い対応、言葉掛け、笑顔で最高に素晴らしい宿でした。。朝食も色々バラエティ豊かで、何種類ものフルーツ、パン、サラダ、チーズ、ハム、サラミ、卵料理、ケーキ、お菓子等々どれもとても美味しく、洗練された美しさで舌だけで無く、目も楽しませて頂きました。毎日少しずつ違った料理を提供して頂き、料理長さんの努力が偲ばれ、感謝感激です。3日間食べても、全て制覇出来無い程でした。フロントのスタッフの皆様も、親切丁寧で笑顔が素晴らしかったです。此方のホテルに宿泊して、本当に良かったです。皆様のお陰で、とても幸せな時間を過ごせました。有り難う御座いました。

Excellent location - couldn’t be better. Reception and breakfast staff extremely helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Lots of choice.
Small things only. Slightly dated and worn areas such as the stair case. Bed not very comfortable and had to ask for a second pillow. Didn’t replenish tea and coffee when cleaning.
Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our two week holiday, and it was our favourite hotel.
Great location for exploring Lake Garda, views, and plenty of places to eat right outside.
However, it wasn't noisy at night, which was a big plus for us.
Every staff member we spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly.
Our room was great. Spacious, modern, and very clean. The bathroom was huge!
Breakfast was also great. Plenty of variety and good value, considering we got it included with our room.
Nothing. Everything was great. Only thing I'd mention is that the WiFi was a bit patchy in our room. However, this was only a minor issue for us.
Great location, really friendly staff there 24hours a day, clean comfortable room. Recommend a balcony room. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and beautifully presented fresh fruit and everything you could want.

Location was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent, staff very helpful, rooms lovely and cleaned daily. We stayed in a standard room as no premium available, this was very comfortable and more than adequate, friends stayed in a premium with partial lake view which was very nice

Beautiful location, lovely balcony rooms & excellent breakfast choices. Staff were so lovely, especially the friendly chap on reception late night duty, who was very funny. We asked to move rooms as we were on lower, left side of hotel where bar noise could be loud at night, especially bar staff in restaurant below throwing empty bottles away after they had closed. The staff at hotel were able to move us the next day to another lovely room with far less noise which was very much appreciated x
