The location is great. It’s five minutes to walk to the shops or the docks.
The suite we were in didn’t have plug sockets or usb charging points near the bed. My husband has sleep apnea and he needs a socket close to the bed.
All staff were friendly and approachable from the off set. The room size and decor was to our liking. Value for money and location were excellent.
The bed wasn't all that comfy, the addition of a memory foam topper on the mattress would easily sort that. The room on the whole was clean but the floors in the bathrooms needed more attention round the edges. Breakfast was lovely but could have eaten more.

Low sink shower over bath no shower mat so slippy had to use a towel so we didn’t slip .

The temperature of the room was far too hot, only 1fan provided for such a large room. No air con.

The £100 pound damage bond that had to be submitted on arrival which was not removed upon departure and was told It could take several days to be removed from my pending transactions
The room was very big, with a sofa and a tv, a big bed and a good size cupboard for our clothes and suitcases. The bathroom was also very roomy and clean.
The decor in the room is quite dark, combined with limited lighting and small windows, which means we would have prefered some extra lamps.
