The hotel is not as advertised on booking.com on arrival the reception were not friendly, we were given the key and just told the room was that way - we found the room but there was an awful smell in the room, we found the shower was filthy with loose tiles, the air conditioning not maintained and dirty with a foul smell, bed linen was not clean and full of bugs, bed had bed bugs, dirty pillows, the pool was dirty, broken tiles and dirty filters and dead birds round the pool. The fridge in the room not working properly and full of ice.The hotel had a rating of 8.4 but this was dated 2015. The spa was extra and this was not to the best standard. We complained to the Director and had to leave . We did eventually get a full refund but this took several days - we had no sleep for over 36 hours and we had to desperately try to find somewhere else as we had no where to stay - our money was tied up in this hotel-we had to really complain and prove the reason for us having to pack up and leave this caused us severe upset and distress during our holiday so much this has been reports to the Italian tourist board as we would not want anyone else to experience this

Agradable hotel con piscina exterior.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias (con bóvedas) y el personal es agradable y atento. La piscina exterior es muy agradable.

Cons:

El buffet del desayuno es un poco decepcionante si te esperas un desayuno buffet continental muy variado. Hay pocas opciones saladas y no hay nada caliente como huevos revueltos o bacon, tampoco hay pan fresco. Hay tartas típicas muy ricas. La piscina del spa y la sauna no están incluidas en el hotel. Se pagan aparte. La sala de deporte es antigua, está en desuso y no está muy limpia ni aireada. Para la piscina exterior es necesario usar gorro (debería estar indicado al hacer la reserva)
