Important information:

Please note that the residence reception closes at 20:00. If you plan to arrive after this time please contact the hotel in advance for the access code.

Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided with a cleaning kit as well.

Breakfast is available in the room upon request.

End of stay cleaning is included but a full cleaning service of the apartment is available on request during the stay (at an extra charge).

Guests have access to an outdoor parking spot (an extra charge of 5 € is applied).

The establishment does not accept reservations for more than 3 rooms and reserves the right to refuse the booking if this condition is not met.

There is an additional charge of 34€/hour (from 1 to 3 people), to use the spa with jacuzzi after check-out.

Cons:

Toute était bien, agréable et propre. Il y avait une malentendu sur l’histoire de parking et les animaux domestiques. Apparemment ca doit être payer en plus sur place. Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir vu ca en moment de reservation.

The location (we visired TdF), staff, size of the rooms, confortable bed

Angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt, ca. 10-15min Fussweg vom Zentrum entfernt
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und war absolut ausreichend. Der Empfang war nett und herzlich. Die Parkplätze waren gut dimensioniert, aber offenbar zu wenig, darum wohl auch der Aufpreis von 6 Euro.

Cons:

Was ich immer wieder antreffe: ein eigentlich schönes Bad, und dann das WC so eingebaut dass man sich die Knie oder die Stirn an der Wand oder an einem anderen Bauteil stösst... So wie in der ECO-Klasse im Flieger.. das verstehe ich nicht..
Und dass der Parkplatz plötzlich noch 6Euro kostet.. war auf dem Beschrieb nicht ersichtlich, oder nicht klar ersichtlich.. ich war jedenfalls überrascht..

Great place to start your Grandes Alpes tour!
Pros:

It’s very comfortable, and I enjoyed having a kitchen and patio to myself. It felt very private. Great grocery store and other amenities are 10-minute walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also they have snacks, beers, and decent wine available at reception. And covered motorbike parking!

Cons:

Some things seemed a bit stingy like only 1 coffee pod per day. I can’t remember what they say in the description but be aware that the spa comes at a cost, it was 30 euros for an hour when I visited. Would have been nice if they included full size bath towels and a robe for that price, but nope u just get hand towels. Otherwise it was very nice tho! Surrounding area is a bit run down but for me it was perfect for the price. Last small issue is 15.30 check-in time. Be aware the reception is not staffed before that time and for me no one showed up until 15.40 although had written to inform them of my arrival time.
