Pros:

The coffee smell at my arrival. It was very clean and I liked it.

Cons:

I didn't get to have breakfast. Its not a big deal but when I buy online its was clearly indicated that the breakfast was included.

I was awake almost all night because of the entrance door next to me.The door clapping or something else was making a noise like something clapping in the window.My room was 181.

My bed was not the most comfortable....

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel qui est complètement compensé par le coupon de réduction pour le restaurant d’en face

On y retourne à chaque fois qu'on va à Québec.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste avant le pont Pierre Laporte et la jonction pour la route vers la Gaspésie. On peut profiter du calme tout en étant près de Québec. De plus, nous sommes juste à côté des chutes de la Chaudière, à voir, elles sont superbe. Vous avez le café à volonté à la réception, petit dépanneur qui peut être très utiles. De plus, vous avez des coupons pour le déjeuner chez le resto Normandin juste en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Une niaiserie mais qui pour moi est importante, dans la douche, ce sont des bouteilles au mur qui fournissent gel douche, shampoing et revitalisant. C'est vraiment super mais leur système est fait pour des personnes avec leur pleine fonctionnalité de leurs mains. C'est pas fait pour des personnes ayant des problèmes d'arthrose ou d'arthrite. Je souffre d'arthrose, j'étais incapable de presser les bouteilles pour avoir le savon. J'avais besoin de mes deux mains. Si je dois presser avec mes deux mains comment puis-je tenir une débarbouillette ou autre chose pour récupérer le savon. Il y des systèmes de pompes beaucoup plus facile. Comme j'ai mentionné, c'est une niaiserie mais importante pour une personne dans ma condition.
