Beautiful location with helpful staff but some features of our room required attention.
Pros:

Restaurant not crowded. Good choice of seating area.

Cons:

Bed and pillows slightly to hard for our liking. Bathroom tired and some items needed attention.

Lovely food,brilliant staff
Pros:

Breakfast ok,wished they did poached eggs.

Cons:

More hooks in the bathroom to hang towels near shower,also couldn’t stop the water flooding bathroom.

Hotel good,staff perfect.
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights, superbly comfortable and great location. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Booking and comms from hotel were excellent. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Lovely hand written note from housekeeping was a nice touch :-)

Room was comfortable

Cons:

Room location,no view only fire escape.Plumbing in bathroom was bad,shower wouldnt empty plug on sink was stuck in closed position,so couldnt empty sink.

THE ROOM LET IT DOWN COMPARED WITH PREVIOUS VISITS. OTHERWISE GOOD.
Pros:

WE HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND ALWAYS FOUND IT GOOD.
BREAKFAST UP TO EXPECTATIONS.

Cons:

ROOM SMALLER THAN EXPECTED, NO OPENING WINDOW EXCEPT A TINY SLIT N THE BATHROOM. WASN'T PREPARED TO SLEEP WITH THE DOOR OPEN ,LEADING TO A SHARED BALCONY.
