The shower was hard to control the water temperature the shower head seemed broken as it just came out in a jet. The phone number to contact night porter to let us in at night seemed like the phone was off couldnt get hold of him the intercom was broken. There wasnt much room to walk around the bed.

Everywhere was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Good location, parking on site. The staff kindly put a tub chair in the room on request. All staff were lovely and friendly.
The room was quite dark with a small window and no view. Not many vegan or veggie items on the menu - the only vegan friendly protein at breakfast was baked beans. No water available, only juice.
Limited choice for breakfast. Nothing very hot. Very nice staff but very few at breakfast.
Nothing that we didn't like but very surprised to find a lot of people having a very loud party in front of the hotel.....only the Saturday night!
Friendly and professional receptionist, clean room, lovely bar staff.
The situation of the hotel is great, overlooking Oulton Broad. We had a room with a sea view for our one-night stay and it was lovely to watch the boats from our balcony. The staff were very helpful and it was nice to sit outside on the terrace to enjoy our evening meal. We came by train and it was just a short walk to the station.
The breakfast was disappointing - I prefer muesli, fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc over a traditional cooked breakfast
The new changes like the radio in the room and boxes of tissues really made it better
Need new curtains the ones in the room are very old and torn and didn't close properly

Too many seagulls! No sleep in 2 days. They are out of control. Expect yawking at night.
Location….beautiful views! It was also nice to have food and drinks available all day. The bar made really good cappuccinos.
Shower didn’t drain well and the door was off the track. I don’t know how you could properly clean the shower and not notice this maintenance needed. Lots of dogs, which many would like but many were not suitable for eating areas.
