Je ne pensais pas noter ça un jour, mais il n’y a pas de brosse pour les wc … la personne qui a eu cette idée de ne pas en mettre doit vivre dans un monde de princesse ( j’ai croisé la gouvernante , elle me dit que c’est un choix de ne pas en mettre et non un oubli dans ma chambre)

Problème de personnel la nuit pour récupérer les clés attente plus de 45 min a 2h39!du matin pour récupérer les clés a cause de clients qui n avait pas réservé… une seule personne du staff débordé…

Diesmal war ich überrascht, weil mein Zimmer nicht sauber war. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden und die Angebote Frühstü
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super das Abendessen Buffet. Auch das Hotel ist sehr schön dekoriert. Die Schlafzimmer sind angenehm groß man fühlt sich wohl und rund um versorgt.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war leider nicht geputzt gewesen der Boden war schmutzig. Es gab Haare lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Das war sehr unangenehm darauf zu treten. Ich hab drum gebeten, dass jemand putzt und jemand ist dann gekommen. Ich finde bei ihrem Modell, dass es nicht sein dürfte.
