For reservations of 4 Apartments or more and reservations over the value of £2000, a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value will be charged at the time of booking with the final balance due 28 days prior to arrival.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Wow wow wow, where do I even begin! We booked our wedding here which was 22.05 26 and honestly the best day! Megan organised our wedding and it was truly amazing. Everything went so smoothly!! All our guests got a phone call day before arrival to confirm everything was OK and they would see us at check in!! Rooms were clean, Food was delicious and the staff were just the best, nothing was an issue, help was on hand for anything we needed - so attentive!! I felt like a queen on my 2 night stay. The atmosphere between staff & my friends and family was electric, i think everyone made a friend in Jenna, what an absolute delight. I couldn't fault any of the staff though I just cant remember all their names 🙈 If anyone is planning a wedding i HIGHLY RECOMMEND Palm Court, get in contact with Megan. You wont be disappointed! I just want to do it all again. We will be back. Outstanding work. Love Mr & Mrs McCallum xx
We stayed at the Palm Court Hotel last week for a wedding, and we had a fantastic time. I can't praise the staff highly enough: everybody was extremely helpful. The hotel itself is wonderfully quirky, and we nearly got lost making our way from our room to reception. Would love to come and stay again.

The breakfast choice was amazing. The meals were hot, fresh and on hot plates. I was very impressed. The natural yoghurt and berries were room temperature which I do prefer.
Dinner and service was excellent.
However the juices were room temperature which would have been nice chilled.
We recently held our wedding at this fabulous hotel, everything went smoothly from booking, planning & the day itself. Our guests had an amazing stay & loved the rooms & food which was epic. This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in & the staff were so helpful, kind, generous and friendly. We left feeling like friends, from Linda on reception who is so warm, Lynne was so welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Megan created our wedding with us & it all went beautifully. Melissa & Co is the bothy restaurant we’re so good & the service was great. We will be back as soon as we can, and it maybe an anniversary tradition

Absolutely fabulous. We had a lovely bedroom and our meals in the Restaurant were delicious. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival and even though the hotel was very busy, the service we received from every member of the team was friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault any element of our stay. If we're back in Aberdeen then this is where we will stay without a second thought
Room was very quiet and I had one of the best night's sleep in months. Bothy bar was lively without being overbearing.

A lovely room, very comfortable and very pleasant, friendly staff.
There was nothing not to like.
We have recently had our wedding at Palm Court and it was amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication from Megan throughout the whole process. We had a few changes the week of the wedding and nothing was a bother.
We brought in our own table decor and it was all set up for us and packed away after we didn’t have to lift a finger.
I stayed in the hotel the night before with my bridesmaids and Jenna couldn’t have done more for us then and the morning of the wedding.
Staff on reception all weekend were also lovely and very welcoming. Couldn’t recommend more ❤️

They were very busy at dinner and the service was very slow waited a long time for drinks at the table we had guests and one of them was a local pub owner
