Pros:

The room was large and spacious and the hotel's location is good.

Cons:

The whole hotel resembles a student dormitory. When you check in at reception, they ask which day you want your room cleaned. The food is tasteless and the same every day, with little variety. Drinks from the machines have a slightly salty taste. There are hardly any activities at the hotel; the entertainment team performs or sings by the pool for ten minutes, and that’s it. There are cockroaches in the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel. The price does not match the quality.The water in the water park is salty. It is not at all pleasant to go on the slides and get salty water in your eyes and mouth. The all-inclusive option doesn't apply there; you have to pay for all food and drinks.

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y grande. La limpiadora que nos tocó esos días súper amable una chica morena delgada.

Cons:

Empezando porque cogimos el hotel por el parque acuático. 1 en ningún lado ponía que todos los toboganes tenían altura mis hijos no se pudieron montar en nada , 2 estaba asqueroso , los bordes de las piscinas verdes y negros los toboganes oxidados y verdes y el suelo bastante sucio . La piscina del hotel también estaba con bordes negros. Teníamos el todo incluido y la comida aceptable pero muy poca variedad, nos encontramos andando por el lado de nuestra mesa una cucaracha. El complejo estaba situado en una zona bonita pero en general muy muy dejada. El parque de fuera donde hacen las actuaciones también súper dejado , mi hijo se montó en un tiovivo y el caballo era de plástico y estaba rajado todo bastante destruido y las bebidas del todo incluido lo entraba ni el mojito y lo que entraba era marca blanca.

Salimos desilusionados con todo comida habitación servicio piscina .

Cons:

Se nos quedó atrás en la habitación una parte de los auriculares del niño se les havizo el mismo día y ni contestas a día de hoy aparte de eso una habitación muy pequeña para 4 personas desilusionada

Cons:

Comidas poco variadas y repetitivas, problema con las alergias ya que no lo facilitan, horario de cena demasiado pronto y si cuando está llegando al tiempo de cerrar 21.30, Te meten prisa para q termines.

The buffet food was plentiful and fresh. Hotel is kept clean which is quite hard as it’s very tired so like polishing a turd…

Cons:

Tired hotel, broken lifts, pool area very busy (too many people for pool size- like being in a ‘where’s wally’ book. No protein at all for vegetarians outside of egg & cheese, meat was very low quality and mostly inedible, towels and bedding had holes, carpet in hall way was threadbare…
