Different Mercure
Pros:

We stayed twice on our trip. Staff on reception not very welcoming but everything else. was ok. Different from other Mercures we have stayed in. Nice and central for Berlin. Breakfast was very busy. Could do with more staff as tables left uncleared.

Großzügig geschnittenes, modernes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet gehört zu den imposantesten, die ich je gesehen habe. Tolle Auswahl und Qualität.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein im Vergleich.

第一天入住的房間冷氣發出超大聲的噪音，櫃檯有安排更換房間，另一間房間外面下雨時會漏水，櫃檯就又換了一間房間給我，房間設備可能需要更新一下… 雖然最後有送一個早餐給我～

Bien situé proche métro et accès, avec supermarché en accès direct, literie confortable.

Cons:

Le ménage/entretien de la chambre/vidage poubelle n'est fait que sur demande. Et il faut demander plusieurs fois pour que ce soit effectivement fait.

Siisteys, henkilökunta, aamupala ja sijainti. Jokainen hotelli kehuu runsaalla aamupalalla mutta käykäpä täällä, en ole missään muualla tavannut näin runsasta aamupalaa.

Karkkipapereista huoneen nurkassa.

Pros:

Hôtel qui correspondait à nos attentes. Chambre grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner très riche. Salle de sport à disposition et supermarché au rez-de-chaussée.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement connu une mauvaise expérience pendant notre absence de la chambre, que nous avons signalée à la réception et pour laquelle nous n'avons eu aucun retour . Cela a impacté négativement notre séjour.
