I had a one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and in line with my expectations. The price felt to me to be reasonably expensive but I believe that the pricing would have been competitive with other hotels close by which had similar offerings.
I have no complaints at all.
It was everything perfect!!! Clean big room and nice bathroom..The price,the breakfast and the area is so good.its all nearby..the bus station is 70meter..and JAIRO is soo cool and helpful at the reception .He told us everything and tips about clubs etc 🙏🙏ANYTIME I WILL BE BACK I WILL STAY THERE!!!!!💪💪💪

The location is convenient and the room itself was spacious. The staff initially responded quickly and acknowledged my complaint.
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the floor in our room was still wet. The biggest issue was the presence of crickets inside the room. We spent two consecutive nights unable to sleep because of the loud noise they made throughout the night. We eventually found one in the bathroom and another one the following day. We also requested housekeeping, but our room was not cleaned as requested. We reported everything to the hotel’s Quality Control department and provided photos and videos as evidence. They confirmed that they were investigating the case, but despite this, I have not received any update or resolution. This is not the level of comfort or service I expect from a hotel.

Staff were very friendly and did their absolute best to keep the busy hotel running along, always providing service with a smile. Overall cleanliness was very good outside of the hotel rooms in the common areas, and acceptable in the rooms themselves (we had a back patio garden which was covered in bird droppings, but otherwise the room was tidy). Room service was available every day which helps too. Simple but yummy brekkie (think self-use coffee machine, small menu to pick your meal from).
All in all the hotel is a good choice for anyone wanting to stay in Ibiza on a relatively reasonable budget in decent lodging close to bars/restaurants and the beach in Ibiza Town, but also no more than 10 minutes away from the party/club strip.
The hotel was on the pricier end considering the standard, but we did stay in high season so this was to be expected. Breakfast food options were fairly limited, but yummy and we didn't mind.

The room doors slam very loudly (almost like fire doors), and I kept waking up because of them. Overall, the walls are very thin. Conversations in the hallway, furniture scraping across tile floors, other rooms... just thin walls and no insulation.
The team was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and in general the stay was amazing value for money. Location very close to the beach and we were able to take buses to reach other parts of the island.
We would have liked a fridge in the room.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vibra Lei! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. A special thank you to Sara and Miguel, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
