Pros:

施設は相変わらず素晴らしいです。特に最上階のお風呂は最高です。

Cons:

カンデオホテルズ福山は大好きなホテルで福山に行くだびに泊まっていますが、以前のような清潔感、従業員の方や掃除のスタッフの丁寧さに少し慣れが出てきて、以前のようなピシッとした美しいサービスに陰りがあるように感じました。もしかしたら連休でお疲れだったのかもしれません。

It’s good if you have no where else to go
Pros:

The location and availability

Cons:

The smell in the room and on the hallways, the stains on the carpet in the room and a throw blanket that was dirty, oh and the fact the elevator kept stopping on the 2nd floor.

Pros:

駅の近くの立地でとても良かった。
清掃も行き渡っており、とても気持ちよく利用できた。

Cons:

フロントのスタッフの対応が冷たく感じた。
おそらく夕方にいって、お昼に帰ったので、
時間帯的に一区切り前で疲れていたのかと見受けられた。
施設自体、サービスが行き届いた場所であるため、もう少し暖かいサービスを求めます。
