Great hotel
Pros:

We booked a deluxe king room and a twin room via Agoda. We requested connecting rooms and, if possible, a complimentary birthday treat for our child. The staff welcomed us warmly and had the connecting rooms ready. Our children were delighted to find that the hotel had prepared a complimentary birthday cake and balloons. Mooi hotel met heerlijk ontbijt
Pros:

Mooi hotel, fantastisch ontbijt en relatief goede locatie.

Cons:

Oude centrum is niet op loopafstand maar dit wisten wij van te voren.

Great hotel in a good area in Surabaya! Room was clean & comfy, the breakfast included was fabulous lots of options! The staff were all super lovely & welcoming! Room was also very spacious!

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, spacious rooms and spotless, but the breakfast selection could be improved.
