Great location, well maintained and good atmosphere
Instagrammable gorgeous hotel, any picture you take here looks amazing! Live DJ at the pool - really nice overall vibes and staff is also fantastic and helpful! Pool beds amazing and the pool is dreamy!
Food had a really limited selection in the hotel. There aren't also much options around the hotel, you have to walk to San Antonio or another bigger city if you want/need varied options.

* Massage booking mishandled — your clear instructions were not followed, causing unnecessary stress.
* Poor issue resolution — you had to chase multiple managers and repeatedly explain the same issue.
* Billing errors at checkout — being charged extra without signed receipts is a major red flag.
