I like that they clean the room every day. The air-conditioning is functioning. The staff is really accommodating, friendly and very polite. The room is clean. Enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

There was no hand towel, no safe to put valuable items, no complimentary coffee and tea. Drinking glasses were provided but were not changed during our almost three weeks stay, same as the floor towel/mat in the bathroom was never changed during our whole stay. The bedsheet is difficult to fix but not a bother.

Pros:

Only their breakfast buffet. At least the food were tasty.

Cons:

Everything. The photos posted were deceiving and so I mistakenly booked this property. The bed linens were dusty that my skin got itchy. The bath towels can already pass as rugs. The lightings were flickering just like in the horror movies. The first room that were assigned to us was creepy as there was an old big cabinet and dim lighting. The furnitures were musky. So I had to request for us to be transferred which they've accommodated at least. However, the second room's door has tiny gap between it and the doorframe that people from the outside can take a peek inside. There are renovations ongoing, but I suggest you do a total makeover of the place.
