Erg goed hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en is altijd bereid je te helpen. Kamer was klein maar comfortabel en een heerlijk bed. Het enige wat mij niet zo beviel was dat mijn kamer aan de voorkant zat en ik had nogal last van het muziek van het restaurant naast het hotel. En uiteraard het verkeer en het getoeter in de straat. De ramen waren niet bepaald geluidsdicht… ontbijt was ok en het zwembad was ook heerlijk.

Great staff, great breakfasts, big gym and awesome rooftop pool!

I recently stayed 4 nights at A&EM Hotel Ho Chi Minh City and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This is truly a 5⭐️ hotel that delivers on comfort, service, and location.

The rooftop pool was a real highlight — the views over Ho Chi Minh City were unbelievable, especially in the evening. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The gym was also excellent, clean, well-equipped, and great for keeping up with workouts while away.

Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a fantastic buffet selection and plenty of fresh options to choose from. A perfect way to start the day.

What really made the stay special was the staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. No request was ever too much trouble, and their hospitality made the whole experience even better.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m already planning my next trip back in August. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

The staff are so thoughtful and the food is terrific!
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They made us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early morning flight so left before breakfast. We also loved the very comprehensive breakfast buffet of hot and cold foods, fruits, pastries, fruit juices and hot beverages. The pillows were very comfortable and we slept well.

Cons:

The room was "tired" with a lot of smoke burns on the coffee table and chips in the white wooden furniture. The shower was tricky to work out how to use too.
