It was a great experience that I would recommend to others.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, close to the train station, and access to various amenities, such as restaurants or shopping malls. The staff of the hotel was kind, helpful and eager to answer evert question. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Cons:

Everything was perfect, nothing to add.

Pros:

駅から近く朝食バイキングも種類が多く美味しかったです。

Cons:

お風呂のシャワーホースが黒く汚れてるのが気になりました。
どうしてもホースがお湯をためた時に入るので気になります。

Petit dej diversifié pour le tarif.

Ancienneté du bâtiment
Ménage moyen (cheveux dans la salle de bain)
Moquette très abîmée dans certaines zones (dégâts des eaux clairement visible)
Bruit de l'extérieur quand on est proche de la gare (Chambre 718 dans mon cas...)
Bruit dans le couloir qu'on entend depuis la chambre (passage des gens)

Pros:

Excelente ubicación para moverte por la ciudad y desplazarse a otras localidades al estar justo enfrente de la estación central. Un 7-11 y un don Quijote justo al lado. Habitaciones amplias para Japón y buen desayuno.

長期滞在にしては3人で安く泊まれたと思います。
Pros:

お風呂のシャワーヘッドがリファで、これからリファのシャワーヘッド購入を考えてたのでとても参考になったし、ミストへの切り替えでお顔に優しくとても気持ちよかったです。雨の日もホテルから地下街に繋がってる事とシャトルバス乗り場も、コンビニもすぐ隣なので立地はとても最高で大満足です。普段は宿泊料金高いのですが、９月連休前の子供の大学受験で家族3人で利用し、普段の料金より安く泊まれて満足しています。

Cons:

リファのドライヤーがミニなので音がとても大きく、イヤフォンを付けて髪を乾かしました。ランドリーの乾燥機は電気乾燥機のため、60分はしっかり乾燥が必要で、更に30分追加する事もありました。ガス乾燥機ならもっと早く乾くと思うのですが。コインランドリーはホテルの近くになかったので5泊した際に、結構な金額をランドリー代で使いました。ランドリーはメールで終了のお知らせ登録や稼働状況を確認できるので便利だと思います。

移動に便利
Pros:

京都駅八条口からとても近く、移動に便利です。チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂こうと思い、フロントに行くと、とても丁寧な男性のスタッフの方がもうすぐチェックインできるので、フロントの奥スペースでドリンクサービス勧めていただきました。その上、早めにチェックインさせて頂き、とてもありがたかったです。
お部屋、朝食も京都らしくて良かったです。

Uno degli alloggi migliori in cui sia mai stata!
Pros:

La colazione ricchissima (addirittura il sushi!!), con attenzione al km0. La posizione è super, proprio dietro la stazione e di fianco al centro commerciale Avanti.
Nella hall ci sono a disposizione spazzolini, pettini, creme, te e caffè.
