Thank you Keihan Kyoto for excellent stay, we have recommended your hotel to future travelers.
Pros:

Excellent location, across from Kyoto Station. Convenient. Generous amenities and afternoon guest reception services.
Staff personnel went out of their way to take time to help us with television reception in room, we appreciate that greatly.

Cons:

Rooms are small but we realize this is Japan.

Pros:

Ubicacion perfecta en frente de la estacion, un 7/11 y unos grandes almacenes justo al lado. Ademas todas las excursiones salian de delante del hotel. Habitacion grande y camas comodas. El mejor desayuno de todos los hoteles que hemos estado.

Pros:

L’albergo è in una posizione comodissima perché ha un ingresso metro proprio fuori dalla hall, inoltre basta attraversare e si è in stazione (cosa non da poco visto che in Giappone treni e metro si usano moltissimo) e inoltre offre il servizio di lavanderia automatica super comodo per quando si viaggia. Unica pecca, si trova lontano dai ristoranti più tipici che sono in zona Gion e quindi per arrivarci occorre prendere quasi sempre la metro e un autobus ma a parte questo è davvero una soluzione valida.

Pros:

Good experience overall, helpful and friendly staff, luggage forwarding worked perfectly. The complementary water bottles at the reception were good to have!

Cons:

We booked this place because it is close to Kyoto station. This is not anything that the hotel can improve on, but careful that the city buses which you need to get to most kyoto sights are on the other side of the station which is a long walk through a confusing underground passage. The hotel though is close to the shinkansen tracks. It would have been helpful to know from the hotel which exact exit to look for to find the hotel though, especially when needing an elevator. Not having that information cost us maybe 30 exhausting minutes at arrival with the Thunderbird express.

The AC was a bit hard to get right, always too hot or too cold.

Bon emplacement mais je ne reprendrais pas de réservation dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner dans une belle salle à manger. Mais personnel un peu rude.

Cons:

Le personnel non impliqué et ne parle pas anglais. Un hôtel de cet ordre sans formation d'anglais avec autant de touristes pourrait faire des efforts.
J'ai signalé le premier jour un problème dans la salle de bain, lunette de toilette cassée et de travers. je suis revenu à la charge tous les jours. Rien à faire. Le quatrième jour, On m'explique via google trad, que les toilettes sont utilisables sans avoir besoin de les réparer. On ne me l'avait jamais faite celle-là. je n'ai pas trouvé cela très sérieux.
Pour finir, je demande à l'accueil que l'on m'aide afin d'envoyer ma valise dans l'hôtel suivant mon déplacement et la personne me sort un plexi avec un QR code. J'insiste et la personne prépare les papiers, un peu à contre coeur. nous avons eu un meilleur accueil dans les autres hôtels.

駅前の快適オアシスのようなホテルです。
Pros:

シングルのお部屋でしたが、ちょうど良い広さで快適でした。
シングルだとキャリーを広げるスペースがないお部屋が多い中、ドア辺りに広げても通れる余裕があったり、ゴミ箱が大きくて、旅行者のことをよく考えていらっしゃると思いました。
お風呂のシャワーヘッドやドライヤーがリファを採用されていて、リラックスや髪を乾かすのに家と変わらず早く乾いて嬉しかったです。

それと朝食を取るレストランも素敵で、部屋からは景色は望めなかったのですが、レストランでは京都駅を見ながらひとときゆっくり食事をして朝から気持ちが明るくなりました。サービスもとても良かったです。
またお世話になりたいと思えるホテルです。

Cons:

強いていうなら、仕事で宿泊したので、お部屋のデスクライトがもう少し大きくて明るいと助かります。
ちょうどパソコンと高さがかち合い、デスク周りが暗くなってしまいました。
ですが、満足度の高いお部屋でした。

素晴らしい
Pros:

ロケーションが京都駅八条口に近くて便利です。一緒に泊まった友達は伊丹空港からバスで京都に来ましたが、こちらも京都八条のバス停がホテルのすぐそばでした。
スタッフの方々はとても親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、ホテルの部屋は12階で窓からの眺めもよく快適でした。

Cons:

部屋の洗面所がもう少し広いとよかったです。
