La ubicación cerca de todos los transportes, cama comoda
la habitación pequeña, con pocos espacios para poner la maleta o guardar la ropa, el desayuno poco variado y no es internacional toda la comida es tipo japones no hay ningún tipo preparación con huevo ni embutidos
Extremely convenient to the train station with an adjoining mall (including Donqui). Room was comparatively large (for Japan), and included a complementary muscle-soothing patch. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. My mum had a minor medical concern and the front desk called nearby clinics and booked an urgent appointment for her.
Excellent variety at breakfast. I loved that there were both Western and Asian choices. Fresh juices, tea and coffee choices, including matcha latte, salads and fruit were very much appreciated. Duck salad was unexpected and tasty. Soft, fresh matcha mochi a wonderful way to end the breakfast.

Superb location! Hotel is located directly opposite JR Kyoto station and can be accessed via underground walkway. It is also connected to a mall where there are lots of food option available and a big Donki. Airport limousine bus is just outside hotel so transfer to/fro Kansai airport is hassle free. A bus terminal is located outside JR Kyoto station so taking bus 206 to Gion district is straight forward. Coin washing machine and dryer is also available within hotel.

This place was perfect location for travel and the town centre. Hotel has a lower level direct access to the shopping mall, restaurants and the station. This opened up the whole city and access to the Shinkensen too.
We opted for a superior floor room (without really knowing what that meant) - and it was great! To start with, you're on a higher floor which gave great views over the city. It also meant that you were in a quieter part of the hotel and away from any residual external noise. The best bit though, was that this floor gave free Costa coffee, water, soft drinks (coke, etc) and juices. All conveniently in fridges for you to help yourself.
The room itself was also superior in it's size and provided a great place to stay for your trip to Kyoto.

Ubicado junto a la estación de Kyoto y a unos minutos de la Kyoto Tower, no está realmente en la zona centro pero la zona es muy accesible para moverse por la ciudad. Tiene un centro comercial al lado donde puedes encontrar de todo.
Las habitaciones eran cómodas y ofrecían todo lo necesario para la estancia.
No fue fácil comunicarse con el personal durante nuestra estancia, apenas encontramos a personas que hablasen inglés y tuvimos algún problema para poder gestionar alguna petición del equipaje.
