יקר מאוד ,לא מצדיק את המחיר וגם לא מקצועי.
הבר בבריכה יקר מאוד .לא מרשים להכניס שתיה למתחם....

Ich würde es jeden empfehlen dem das essen nicht so wichtig ist
Pros:

Die Lage im zentrum und in der nähe vom Bierkönig
Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal speziell von den Putzfrauen und die Person die auf mein Gepäck aufgepasst hatte.
Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Schwarze Meer und dem Marktplatz

Cons:

Das Essen war leider nicht das beste unter anderem hab ich mich dort eher vegetarisch ernährt da das fleisch entweder trocken oder kalt war.
Die langen Wartenzeiten vorm Lift.

מיקום מעולה, אכזבה במתקני המלון בעיקר בבריכה

ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת, יש לציין לחיוב פינוק עבור יום הולדת

Cons:

כמעט על דבר נוסף מחייבים בכסף, חבל שלא מידעים לפני, קושי רב לקבל מקומות ישיביה בבריכה. עלות גבוהה מאוד ולא הגיונית על צ'ק אין מאוחר. בעיה עם וויסות מים במקלחת , כמעט ואין מים קרים. עלות חניה גבוהה, לדעתי אמורה להיות בחינם לאורחי המלון. מעליות לא תואמות את גודל המלון, לפעמים מחכים למעלה חצי שעה למעלית בעיקר לקומות הגבוהות

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, sauber, Zimmer, Meerblick ist toll, Frühstück gut bis sehr gut (Executive Lounge 17. Stock empfehlenswert).

Cons:

Der Service war leider katastrophal und hat das Gesamtbild verdorben. Der Herr bei der Kofferaufbewahrung wollte dauernd Trinkgeld (im 5*!), die Bedienungen waren fast alle stumm und emotionslos wie Zombies. Am Empfang gabs auch Theater wegen 2er-Belegung der Zimmer etc.
