Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and staff were welcoming and helpful.
Overall was amazing and would happily book again

Cons:

The indoor pool was freezing cold on our first day so we didn’t go back in it.
The ensuite bathroom shower had drainage issues and would flood the bathroom. We didn’t not complain we just used extra towels - sorry someone now has so many towels to wash.

Good location, great pools, Italian restaurant on level one is very good. Spectacular views on level 22!

Central location and great pools!

Cons:

Didn’t like that there is no outdoor balconies, especially every other hotel has them. Bit disappointed that we paid for “costal view” and hardly had a view of the ocean from level 6. Our stay on level 22 was incredible and had a fantastic “costal view”. Completely different angle from our first room.

Clean

Cons:

Receptionist. Robot like. No sympathy or anything to the customer. Made me feel like they dont want me there. Embarrassed me in front of people .

We were upgraded and that was great the views were nice and the rooms were really big

Cons:

There was a cockroach nest under the oven…baby cockroaches running around every hour or so. We did quietly tell the staff when we checked out but they met my comment with a defensive, maintenance checks the rooms every week and brushed it off. Felt a little upset that we loved the hotel but upset with the response.
