My request was not accommodated
Pros:

The location is great with great parking facilities, great onsen and good breakfast spread.

Cons:

Location of our rooms - I have specifically indicated that I wanted my rooms to be located NEXT to the lift. I was allocated room next to the lift in my past stays. Please check your records. I stayed in your hotel in February 2026 when I attended Snow Festival.

This stay in June 2026, our 2 twin rooms were located so far down the corridor! I'm immensely disappointed!!

Pros:

大浴場がとても良い。造りとか、温度とか…。

Cons:

館内に貼ってある朝食バイキングのポスターに写っていた鰹の刺身が実際は無かった。
写っていたものが無いのは、とてもガッカリでした。
エレベーターが閉まるのが速すぎて、何度かぶつかった。
