Please can I have a refund or an exchange room ?

Cons:

Got bitten to death on the first night second morning the staff wouldn’t give me any toilet roll and I am a lady and was on my period then I’ve gone back to get ready bought my own toilet roll then the key card holder has fallen off so no air con no electricity no lights!!

Great central hotel
Pros:

The Intimate Hotel has a really nice roof top pool with a swim-up bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The air con is so noisy, and rooms can be a little noisy

Bloody fantastic place
Pros:

Location was fantastic staff were amazing everything in fact

Cons:

The only thing I would of liked is to be able to sit up on the roof around the pool at night

Great location and good room size.

Cons:

No aircon in the loddy and the air con box on the balcony made it a bit hot to use.
Bathrooms could do with a better clean
Couldn't smoke at the pool bar

Pros:

Cheap comfy and great location. Very close to everything but still feels private. Staff were great.

Cons:

Bed was huge and comfy enough although a little hard. Pillows were great.
Only having one room keycard meant ac turning off and unable to charge devices when you were not in the room
