Pros:

The location (on a quiet lane just off the 2nd Road but within easy walking access to bars, restaurants, 7-11, pharmacies, a local tour company kiosk, a foreign exchange outlet (TT) and even Central Pattaya Mall, Pattaya Night Bazaar and the likes). Rooms were spacious and clean with a pretty comfortable king sized bed and a balcony to boot. Housekeeping was good and the staff were friendly and courteous. They have an in-room massage service too. Not to forget, they also have a micro brewery attached to the hotel (Wizard) and a dedicated beer outlet (Beertique) serving premium beers, opposite the hotel. Breakfast was nothing much to write home about, the usual stuff one would expect at a mid range hotel buffet.

Cons:

The WiFi which was a bit iffy at times (intermittent signal) and also the fact that they give only a single key card even for a double occupancy room. This means that each time you go out and come back in, one will have to endure the heat for a good 15 - 20 minutes before the effect of the AC kicks in. The front desk suggested that I call in earlier and that housekeeping would switch on the AC. Don't know how practical this suggestion is. I didn't try it.

Good location in the center of Pattaya-Na
Pros:

Nice hotel at the center of Pattaya. Small alley not much noise from the street. Helpful stuff and the room is good

Cons:

Can make new head for the shower , although the current function very well

Pros:

部屋は清潔で設備もよく整備されていた

Cons:

立地が袋小路で少し奥まっていたので少しだけ不便だった
アーリーチェックイン付きの予約であったのに11時にチェックインしようとしたら最初14時の案内で、こちらがアーリーチェックインが出来るはずと伝えたところ、14時前にはチェックインできたが、1時間くらい待たされた。
